I like Taylor and Cornette, don't care too much or the rest.
Cornette better have his tennis racket.

what are the odds that jeffs paint is either not there, or looks nowhere near as good on the actual figure..

I think as long as Steamboat, von erichs, & Savage didn't sign Legends deal, I think they could sign on with Jakks also. HOWEVER, I'm pretty sure Erichs & Steamboat did because of the HOF thing. However, Andre is in the WWE HOF, so I am not sure this logic works...... Andre is in the WWE HOF, but was put in years ago before WWE started signing guys to Legends contracts. So, his family may have never signed a Legends deal with WWE, rather they signed a figure deal with Jakks.

Ok...how long before someone makes a Red Rooster custom? Love Andre and Cornette too.

I like this mystery setup for LOTR. I just looked at the pics and not the line-up, and about pissed myself when Jim Cornette appeared on my screen! It was enough to make me momentarily forget about how managers tower over the wrestlers. I've been wanting another Jim Cornette since that old Managers one Jakks made over a decade ago.
This Legends line is very confusing. I know they're doing it so these things sell well, but seeing a bunch of real tenured legends mixed in with guys who only became big 5 years ago is just weird to me. I mean...it's Terry Taylor and old-old school Andre the Giant in the same set with a Jeff Hardy depicting his least likable days, and "old school" AJ Styles & Joe. Again, I know it's for marketing, but damn it's unconvincing.
It is good to see an older Joe/AJ in RA form, though. Joe looks disproportionate with the standard shorts legs. Not a big fan of how he turned out. AJ, I'm sure, will look complete with his entrance vest-hoodie thing. I like the midnight blue attire choice. As far as Jeff goes, I remember him having shorter hair during this time (I believe), but other than that it's definitely unique looking. They did a good job on the armbands and...whatever is on his chest.

This is why I started collecting Jakks in the first place. Great set. Please go back to Ruthless style.

Look, if it takes three non-legends in the line, for marketability purposes, to get three actual legends, then you won't hear me complain. Seriously, do you guys actually think a lineup with Cornette and Taylor as the in-demand names would work? A lot of the younger guys in this thread only want Joe, Jeff Hardy and Styles. Whatever it takes to get me some honest to goodness NWA legends.
Taylor looks awesome, by the way. And Calcifer Boheme is right -- Cornette has to have his racket.

I thought that Terry Taylor was Barry Windham before I saw the name next to him.

Looks like Jakks is using the term "Legend" as loosely as they used to use "Classic." But the lineup and protos look stellar. They'll all be mine, save for Hardy and Andre.

I won't be getting either of those, but I don't think I'll be getting AJ either. Joe looks great and I'll get him. Cornette for sure. Taylor is a possibility.

Will get A.J. and Joe for sure unless the MOC pics are really bad. I may get the others depending on how they look. Glad to see an RA form AJ and Joe in those attires and hope to see more classic TNA figures.

Creaming over Taylor. My Bobby Heenan Family collection just grew by one.
