I had bought an Elite R Truth from Amazon the other day for $14.99, I just got it, opened up the box and it was the Basic R Truth not Elite. Needless to say I was incredibly pissed, I even looked it back up on my Amazon account just to make sure I wasn't seeing things, but indeed the picture and description was for an Elite R Truth, not only that, but the sticker they put over the bar code even says Elite R Truth. So the only thing I can think is, I wasn't intentionally ripped off, Amazon just has retards working for them. The biggest problem is I don't even collect Basic figures and it's such a hassle to have to send it back and everything. What do you guys think about this?

Amazon just has retards working for them. Dude, it wasn't amazon, it was a user using amazon, that's like saying Ebay has retards working for them if you had that happen to you on Ebay. Count down to 5,000th post: 25 to go!

i would be pissed off too,im sure you will call and complain and get the situation taken care of but having to go send it back adn go through the hastle is the worst part of it all i would think..

thats never happend to me before with amazon, but like ppl said file a complaint i would be extremly pissed off if i got a basic instead of a elite get that intellectually- disabled person off amazon put a stop to it, cause then hes just going to keep on doing it

I have ordered hundreds of times from Amazon and I have never been sent the wrong thing or had any item lost. You have to be careful though to make sure it's coming from Amazon. I always check the seller box that says amazon.com to make sure the stuff i'm looking at is coming from them. It sounds like it came from another party because Amazon itself hasn't had the Elite R-Truth for months, they got the Basic in last week though. Regardless though, just contact them about the situation.

I have bough a lot from Amazon, and as far as I know, they are pretty damn good. Of course, I almost never had any issues with them, except the first time I ordered many years ago. It was an RVD figure and weeks went by and it didn't arrive, so I sent them a mail. They sent me a new one, and a few weeks later, the original one actually arrived. I'd say that is pretty good customer service. Of course, that is just my experience. Anyway, before getting pissed, try contacting their customer support, maybe they can do something about it and you save the unnecessary frustration. Hope this end sin a good way for you.
