If it's ordered and shipped/fulfilled through Amazon you should be able to return the item for free. They have pretty good customer service. You can return it in the box it came in, you just need to print out a new shipping label.

My Elite Truth doesn't have the wrist ties they put on it and I don't know if I still have the jacket, but I have the figure and the microphone.

now im kinda worried, i bought a ESR, Elite Ziggler and Elite Swagger but i made sure to double check that it was from amazon and not a 2nd party seller. Hope I dont have this problem. Sorry dude. Demand a refund or exchange for another elite you may want.

Same here, E5 Henry & Ziggler in great shape. I want to know where they ship from, because amazon's tracking said it was only 20 minutes from here(Taylor). I would have just driven there had I known, now I need Swagger, but I need to finish some customs before I go spending more money.

I ordered Elite 5 Swagger, Kozlov and Ziggler which should be coming tomorrow and Basic 5 Hurricane and Mike Knox which should be coming on Wednesday.
I'll post once I get them and say if I had any problems or if everything turned out ok.
Sucks they won't do exchanges, but a refund is better than nothing. You get your money back and are in the same position you were in before you placed the order. Not really a big deal.

AMZ is a great company, with an amazing track record. They didn't rip this jerk off, they made a mistake. That's all. Instead of contacting them first, the OP comes here and bashes a good company without merit. They will give you a refund, and mail you a prepaid label you can tape over the original label on the box they shipped it in.
Then, we have all these dumb comments about AMZ being confusing, when it's as simple as READING. If it ships free through Super Saver, it's covered from AMZ, regardless of the seller. If you didn't pay for shipping, it was either bought from or fullfilled by AMZ.

It even says Elite R Truth on the sticker on the bottom of the box: I'm not a intellectually- disabled person, I know the difference between Basic and Elite. The description said Elite and the picture of it was the Elite R Truth. It was Amazon's fault, not mine.
