why lots of fans hate Cena(and his character).DDT'd on the floor and then a minute later has his hands raised after beating 2 people like it was nothing,and selling like he just got back from a week long vacation at the beach.I know this has been discussed before but it just bothers me to no end.In 1984 Terry Taylor got DDT'd by Jake Roberts on a chair and they made a month long angle out of it.
Now I know it was the bookers decision on the finish but Cena has enough pull to let him know it was a dumb finish and only makes the Nexus look bad but it looks like he didn't.Does his character really need to look that strong?Is he not over enough?Did this match really need him,or his character protected?Discuss.

It didn't protect anything about his character. The story of last night was Daniel Bryan coming back. Even so much that they had him eliminate two members of Nexus.
Might I add that you're comparing this to an agle that happened over twenty years ago. I'll also add that if you're gonna complain about Cena, then you'd may as well complain about Big Show's not so broken hand.

i like john cena but i do agree i dont like this superman gimmick he has rty now it was ok the first few times but now just getting annoying
vince made the wrong choice by having team wwe win last nite lets hope they dont end the nexus angle tonight

There was a point last night where I actually didn't mind him turning into SuperCena, but that was before the whole DDT to concrete which just getting up from that was kinda dumb.

Like others have said, it is what it is, and it's just not his strong suit. Selling and psychology is a big deal to me, but I know I won't see it applied properly in a match featuring Cena, so it's not a problem.

The DDT is what made the whole thing unbelievable. Had that not happened, I don't feel as though it would have been all that "superman" of Cena to do. He hadn't been in the match all night.

Yeah well I'm not keen on The Miz calling himself the Excellence of Execution and Michael Cole constantly putting him over, making him out to be something important. I'm not a big fan of Randy Orton twitching and pounding the mat before he hits an RKO.
