I guess it was rumored he was fighting Bones Jones. And Its nice he's at the point now where he can laugh at the Anderson loss.

Very funny, and glad to see Forrest has a good sense of humor about that Silva fight.

What about Rampage when Griffin beat him? All I'm saying is don't count out Forrest.

Agreed. ..and he doesn't want any part of Bones. He would get worked. Same way Shogun worked him over on his big transition from PRIDE to the UFC? Don't underestimate Griffin. ummm completely different... Shogun was transitioning from Pride to the UFC. He injured his knee during training and re-injured that same knee during the fight. It was apparent he didn't look like himself. I would really love for Shogun to fight Forrest again. It is rather annoying how high of a pedestal people put Forrest on after his win over Shogun. I know a win is a win...all excuses aside. But you damn well know if that fight were to happen again it would be a different outcome. Forrest had his chance to fight Bones before. He didn't want to..he chose to fight Tito instead. I'll underestimate Forrest in every single fight. I just don't like the guy. I can't respect someone who doesn't do a post fight interview. Not only didn't he do the post fight interview in both his losses from Silva and Jardine...but he ran out of the octagon to the locker room. if it had been Anderson Silva who ran out of the octagon to the locker room mma forums from all over would STILL be talking about it. But because Forrest does it everyone gets over it. I really dislike the guy. Sorry to anyone who is a fan of his but he is one of the few fighters I dislike.

Maybe it's just me, but I still don't see the big deal over any fighter walking out of the cage immediately after a bad loss. I'm not saying it's necessarily a good thing to do, but I just don't see why so many people care. Is there some unwritten fighters code that states the loser MUST stick around to watch the winner have his hand raised? As long as the guy isn't whining about the loss, or making up excuses to take away from their opponent, I don't see why it should matter.
