Hi. Can anyone give me any information on the ring in the top of the pic (with the hasbro figures); Here is the link

The reason I ask this is because I received this ring sealed in it's original box awhile back and the back of the box for the ring shows generic awa remco figures on the back (2 was included with it) and it said that it was good for awa all star wrestlers and all other wrestling figures, I gave the ring to my youngest son and it was destroyed in a couple of days, I just assumed it was a knockoff ring (even though I wondered how they could use the awa name and slogan) but why would they show it in a magazine with wwf hasbro figures (why not just show the hasbro figures in a hasbro ring, is this ring affiliated with hasbro and I'm not aware of it?)
