-Sheamus kicking off the show with John Cena sounds good considering these two don't really seem like they will win the Six Pack Challenge. -Miz and DiBiase over Bryan and Morrison is the right call to give Miz some momentum if he does lose the US Title. -Melina over Jillian was expected. -Ryder actually starting this push is real nice. I hope it continues now. -Barrett over Young was exceptable either way. As much as Young deserved it since he needed revenge, Barrett has more to prove as the winner of NXT. -Kidd over Hawkins sounds pretty cool as a call. I'd like to see Hawkins and Archer take the gold now. -WWE over Nexus was a great headline to end RAW. Nice star-powered main event now to give WWE momentum. Orton or Barrett for champion in my opinion as a prediction. Though, I'd love to see Edge take it as he got robbed of his chance to become WHC considering he was drafted. -Good show; I was actually surprised at how well you booked the show since all your main eventers were in the main event and I thought there would be no first-hour main event that was good. You did well on that. Keep it up, Elliot.

September 17th, 2010 - Detroit, Michigan
Trent Barreta w/ Caylen Croft def. JTG Chris Masters def. Chavo Guerrero CUE OPENING PACKAGE
✮The pyrotechnics display jolts into action, officially kicking off this spectacular episode of SmackDown, just two days before the golden event, WWE Night of Champions! We are taken to Todd Grisham and Matt Striker who welcome us to the show and tell us that tonight, we will see the Main Event of Christian taking on the World Heavyweight Champion, Kane. They remind us how much of a chance this is for Christian, and a victory over the World Champions could mean huge things for him. They are then overpowered by the sound of the theme of Rey Mysterio to a massive pop. He comes out with his usual pyrotechnics and enters the ring before speaking to the WWE Universe.
✮It should be noted that his right arm is still taped up, yet Rey is dressed to compete tonight. He tells us that he came back to SmackDown last week after a week of resting, as he was fed up of watching Alberto Del Rio run his mouth, and hurt his friends. Mysterio says that doctors advised against it, and technically, he should have stayed at home for at least another month for his arm to fully heal, but that isn't him, he fights through the pain to get the job done. He says that he didn't want to have to wait for another month to get his hands on Del Rio, so he came to do it last week, but seeing as he got away quickly, Mysterio is out here to inform Alberto Del Rio, that he has a match right now... with him! He says that Del Rio needs to get out here now if he wants to prove to the WWE Universe that he really is the real Mexican warrior. After a short delay, the teme of Alberto Del Rio hits to a lot of heat and he walks out in casual clothing, clearly not ready to compete, and it looks as if he has no intention of competing either, with a smirk on his face. He says that 'little Rey Mysterio' has no right to be out here making matches between them. Del Rio says that he will choose when they meet again, and it won't be tonight. The crowd boo and Mysterio shakes his head. Mysterio then says that he knows Del Rio is out on a mission to replace him as the sole Mexican competitor on SmackDown, but says he hasn't realised one little thing... he's still here! The crowd pop and Del Rio has a stern look on his face. Mysterio says that Del Rio has the chance to come down to the ring and get the job done, so why doesn't he? Del Rio says that Mysterio asked for it, and says that if he gets injured again, he only has himself to blame. Mysterio beckons him towards the ring, and Del Rio throws down his jacket and scarf, unbuttons his shirt adn rolls up his sleeves. He then makes his way towards the ring, the fans on their feet, ready to see these two Mexicans collide.. but there is a massive amount of heat from the WWE Universe as Del Rio stops as he gets to the ring apron, and laughs. Mysterio shouts at Del Rio, telling him to get in the ring, but Del Rio wags his finger at Rey and laughs, saying "Not yet, Rey... not yet...". Del Rio then leaves as the crowd are left in disappointment, and so is Rey. We then cut to a commercial break.
COMMERCIAL BREAK
✮We return to see Matt Hardy already in the ring to decent reaction from the WWE Universe, his theme fading out. The theme of Drew McIntyre hits and he comes out, ready to compete against hardy, but walks out slowly with a microphone. His theme fades out as he reaches the stage and he begins to speak to Matt Hardy and the WWE Universe. He says that he has had a long-running rivalry with Matt, and every single time they've met, Hardy gets more and more pathetic. The crowd boo and Hardy looks genuinely shocked. McIntyre says that Hardy is a useless competitor here on SmackDown, and is only worthwhile when it comes to watching somebody fail miserably. He enters the ring and comes face to face with Hardy. He talks in his face as Hardy looks on in anger. He says that for Hardy's little fanclub... the party is over! But McIntyre really felt the effects of that...
Drew McIntyre def. Matt Hardy Hardy smacked McIntyre right across the face immediately following those final words, sending him backwards a fair few inches. Hardy then continue to drive his fist into McIntyre's face, forcing him to cover up and the referee to break them up. Eventually, McIntyre got his own back though, regaining control and finally planting Hardy with the Future Shock DDT for the victory. Afterwards, McIntyre looks down at Hardy and turns his nose up at him before placing one foot on his chest and raising his right arm. The crowd boo as we fade backstage.
✮We see a darkened room with a dim, red lighting. The World Heavyweight Champion, Kane walks onto the scene to a lot of heat. He grabs his head and screams, clearly still aggrevated by the happenings of last week with the urn. He says that 'he' is dead, and never coming back, and that there is no way this is possible. Kane then says that tonight, The Undertaker will get a message he can't ignore when he destroys Christian, and then calls his brother out for one final confrontation before Night of Champions. Kane then storms off as we fade to a commercial break.
COMMERCIAL BREAK
✮We see a promo package for WWE Night of Champions, this Sunday, only on Pay-Per-View! We then return to SmackDown.
Vance Archer w/ Curt Hawkins def. David Hart Smith w/ The Hart Dynasty The second of two encounters between these two teams this week. Tyson Kidd succesfully defeated Curt Hawkins on Raw this past Monday, but tonight, the tables turned as Vance Archer, thanks to a distraction from Hawkins was able to plant Smith with the Reverse DDT for the victory. Archer and Hawkins leave making gestures that they will be WWE Tag Team Champions come this Sunday. We then fade backstage.
✮We see The Straight Edge Society walking down a corridor on their way to the ring to a lot of heat. We then fade to a promo package.
✮We see a promo package featuring The Undertaker, promoting SmackDown's move to SyFy on the 1st of October, 2010. We then cut to a commercial break.
COMMERCIAL BREAK
✮The theme of The Straight Edge Society hits to a ton of heat. CM Punk leads out Luke Gallows, Joey Mercury and Serena, taking them down to the ring. They enter and CM Punk takes a microphone before beginning to speak. Before he even says anything, he just sadistically smirks and point up to the titantron, which jolts into action. It shows a replay of The Straight Edge Society crushing the Big Show's hands last week with steel chairs, holding him in a crucifix-like position. It shuts off and there are tons of boos around the arena while the members of the SES simply chuckle to themselves, proud of their actions. Punk then begins to speak, saying that what we just saw was the disection of the World's Largest Athlete, something that has never been done to that level, before them. Punk says that the reports say that Big Show has fractured both hands and is unfortunately unable to be here tonight. The SES mock him, pretending to cry at the fact that he won't be here, getting tons more boos. He then says that they finally put an end to Big Show's interfering, and can now continue their mission of saving the WWE Universe without any further interruptions. Punk says that they're mission is going to resume right now, and he asks Gallows to go and fetch him a steel chair, and Serena to hand him the trimmers. Punk scours the sea that is the WWE Universe, looking for a worthy contender, but he stops looking and simply says "the people of Detroit don't deserve to be saved", which of course, gets an almighty amount of heat. Punk says that the peoplemof Detroit deserve to rot in their own narcotic-fueled atmosphere for the rest of eternity. He then says that before he came out here, he handpicked a worthy contender for the Straight Edge Society, someone the WWE Universe wioll have heard of pretty recently, former NXT Season Two Rookie... Michael McGillicutty! The crowd are in shock that McGillicutty would agree to such a thing, but he does enter the ring and sits in the chair. Punk begins the ritual, telling McGillicutty to raise his hand and repeat the pledge. He does it, but McGillicutty appears to deliberately snuff his lines and mess up the pledge, much to the crowd's amusement and Punk's frustration. Punk screams at him, saying he better do it properly, but McGillicutty stands up and says that he doesn't need no Straight Edge in his life, especially from scumbags like the Straight Edge Society. Punk's eyes widen and his blood boils. McGillicutty says he was doing it for the joke, because when you're as perfect as him, you don't need a lifestyle. McGillicutty goes to leave, but he is brutally jumped by Gallows and Mercury who throw him back into the steel chair. Punk then slaps him across the face and screams "you will never mock us again!" before throwing him off the chair and locking in the Anaconda Vice, causing McGillicutty to scream in agony. Eventually, Gallows and Mercury have to pull him off as Punk has completely lost it. The Straight Edge Society leave as officials tend to McGillicutty and we fade to a commercial break.
COMMERCIAL BREAK
✮SmackDown returns to see Vickie Guerrero and the Intercontinental Champion, Dolph Ziggler backstage. He says they have to go as his match against MVP is up next. Vickie says she knows and that she also knows he will win both tonight and at Night of Champions. Ziggler nods and the duo leave as we fade to ringside.
Dolph Ziggler w/ Vickie Guerrero def. MVP This was a brilliant match, very back and forth, but was ruined when Vickie got involved. MVP was actually looking on the winning side, but Vickie jumped onto the apron and strated screaming at him, distracting the referee and allowing Ziggler to deliver a low blow. He then dropped MVP with the ZigZag for the victory. Ziggler and Vickie hug afterwards, celebrating the victory, but the celebrations are cut short when Kofi Kingston shows up out of nowhere and measures Ziggler for a Trouble In Paradise.
✮Vickie sees him and screams at Dolph to move. Ziggler moves alright, but he drags Vickie into the line of fire and Kingston drills Vickie with a huge kick to the side of the head by accident. The crowd go wild as Vickie drops to the canvas out cold. Ziggler grabs his Intercontinental Championship and flees, not even taking a look behind him to check on Vickie. Kingston feels guilty and holds his head, even after everything Vickie has done to him, he never wanted to do that. Officials check on Vickie as we fade backstage.
✮We see Josh Mathews alongside the self-proclaimed Co-Womens Champions, LayCool. They get a lot of heat. He asks them if they are ready to go into Night of Champions and bring home the Unified Divas Championship. Layla says of course they are and that Melina doesn't have a chance at beating them, because they're flawless... that was in sync. McCool says that she has beaten Melina before, and she knows Layla can do it too, so at Night of Champions, LayCool are bringing back the Unified Divas Championships! The squeal and leave as we fade to a commercial break.
COMMERCIAL BREAK
✮The theme of Jack Swagger hits to some heat from the crowd. He comes out and enters the ring before speaking into the microphone. He says that since losing the World Heavyweight Championship to Rey Mysterio at WWE Fatal 4-Way, he has spiraled down and down until finally hitting the bottom of SmackDown. He says that that is about to change, and he is on the climb back up. He vows that when SmackDown goes to SyFy, it will be a brand new start, for both the show, and for him. He tells the WWE Universe to get ready to witness the rise of the All-American American, Jack Swagger! He throws the microphone down and his opponent makes his way to the ring.
Jack Swagger def. Finlay w/Hornswoggle A quick match, featuring the veteran, Finlay. Jack Swagger proved his point, and showed his determination by beating Finlay clean, planting him with the Gutwrench Powerbomb for the victory. Swagger celebrates adn we fade backstage.
✮Josh Mathews is once again backstage, this time, with Christian to a massive pop. He asks Christian about receiving this unique opportunity from Theodore Long to face the World Champion, Kane. Christian says he is extremely grateful for it adn thanks Long so much, this is the opportunity he has needed all his life, as defeating kane would most definitely shoot him into contendership. Mathews asks if he is at all intimidated by Kane, and if he was to gain contendership to the title, what if The Undertaker is the World Champion after Night of Champions. Christian says Kane's a big dude, but he's been in the ring with him before, and he knows his strengths and weaknesses, much like The Undertaker will do.He says that in his honest opinion, The Undertaker is walking out as the Champion this Sunday, and to fight him for the gold would be a honour. Mathews thanks Christian, wishes him luck and off he goes as we fade to a commercial break.
COMMERCIAL BREAK
Kane def. Christian One can only imagine that Kane didn't take too kindly to Christian's prediction before the break, and his aggression showed. However, a valiant effort by Captain Charisma, taking everything he had to Kane, not pulling no punches and going toe-to-toe with the Big Red Monster. Christian had Kane on the ropes at one point, but unfortunately for him... here came 'Dashing' Cody Rhodes. Yes, Rhodes showed up and completely cost Christian the match, distracting him by walking cockily around the ring, sporting a mirror, checking himself out. Christian couldn't help but feel uneasy, knowing Rhodes was out there, and this caused him to lose his concentration on Kane, which he paid dearly for. Kane Chokeslammed Christian to the canvas and picked up the victory. Kane grabbed his World Championship and a microphone as Cody Rhodes left with a smirk on his face, and Christian rolled out of the ring.
✮Kane begins to speak, and he screams into the microphone "Get out here, brother! And bring 'him' with you! I demand to see 'his' face! It just can't be true - he's dead, dead, deeeaaaddd!" All of a sudden, a fiery pyro explodes from the turnbuckles without warning, even surprising Kane, who usually sets them off. The WWE Universe and kane look around in confusion, but suddenly, the lights begin to flicker, there is some interference in the sound system and the crowd are going nuts. With a gong, the lights go out and the fans erupt. After a few seconds, another gong hits and the lights return, but Undertaker is nowhere to be seen. he only thing to have appeared is the brass urn, sitting in the center of the ring. Kane turns around and looks down at it before backing up in pure fear and fleeing from the ring, holding his head and clutching his Championship. He screams "Nooooooo! He's dead!" as he backs up the ramp, looking absolutely terrified at the sight of this urn. SmackDown fades to yet another eerie close as Kane leaves up the ramp, not taking his eyes off of the urn which has switched the deepest fears inside of him.

-Happy that Mysterio/Del Rio is delayed as Mysterio would have mot likely lost with his arm injury. Hope he wins as a sign of revenge or so. -McIntyre over Hardy was expected as Hardy will most likely go anyways. -Archer over Smith is interesting. They've won in singles action. Great call whoever wins in the tag match. -SES/McGillicutty feud is interesting. Expecting McGillicutty to find two more friends to take these guys. -Ziggler over MVP was expected. Hope MVP doesn't job soon though. -Swagger over Finlay was definitely expected since Swagger doesn't fit in as much since he lost the WHC. -Kane over Christian is a great main event. Weird all the bad guys won tonight. Still, some realistic calls. -Good show; like a said, though all heels won, it was very realistic.

WWE SmackDown: Friday 17th September 2010...Trying to catch up with current date I assume. Trent Barreta beating JTG is nothing new that we've seen and I wish JTG would find something to do as well as The Dudebusters. Same goes for Chris Masters beating Chavo Guerrero, honestly. Lacking, nothing new episode of Superstars there. A good promo with Rey Mysterio to kick off, setting up the usual feud with Aberto Del Rio. Looking forward to these two perhaps facing at Hell in a Cell, loving Del Rio's decline of a fight. Drew McIntyre and Matt Hardy's rivalry ended in June as far as I'm concerned; this means nothing anymore. McIntyre with the win is rightfully so; hope Hardy just leaves. Vance Archer beating David Hart Smith...lacklustre match, didn't do a lot for me. It seems obvious and the only smart thing to do for Archer and Curt Hawkins to beat the Hart Dynasty in two days for the WWE Tag Team Championships. The Straight Edge Society's promo was good, but Michael McGillicutty's character being built up just to be flattened with the Society attack was terrible. No Big Show around? Glad however that you're keeping McGillicutty as himself and not as Joe Hennig, original and more realistic. Dolph Ziggler beating MVP is fine, a decent win for the WWE Intercontinental Champion and he probably will retain at Night of Champions against Kofi Kingston. Finlay appearing? Not a fan, it's just a segment to get the lost Jack Swagger used. Swagger needs to get back on track. Lacklustre moment here. Kane and Christian had a decent main event, loved Cody Rhodes' involvement too but took away from the focus of the World Heavyweight Champion. The Undertaker's involvement was likely but nothing special. A decent show, all intended to either hype up Night of Champions or Hell in a Cell.

-Love the graphic -Good opening promo as it really helps Alberto Del Rio get over -I can see Matt Hardy getting released considering everything McIntyre said. Glad McIntyre won -Dislike anytime that Vance Archer wins, but I actually don't mind here since it helps the Dynasty/GateCrashers feud -Interested in what McGillicutty did there as I'm surprised he has issues with the SES. I love that he called himself perfect as well -I want to see a big Ziggler push so I'm glad he won here -Like how you mentioned that Lay-Cool said flawless in sync -Not sure if Finlay should return just to get squashed by Swagger, although I do like Swagger winning -Good main event, and as much as I love Christian, Kane had to win this one. The urn segment was realistic and well done, I can sense the Paul Bearer return
Very good Smackdown, this truly is as good as your previous diary. Can't wait until after NOC when it fully gets off the ground.

Raw:
- A good opening promo between Sheamus and Cena. Liking the heel "I don't care about anybody else" attitude. - Miz and DiBiase over Bryan and Morrison is good. Gives the heels something in their respective feuds. - Like that Laycool attacked Melina as it doesn't make it like, "Here's a Unification match just cause." - Ryder defeating Truth. Ha-ha. I agree with Dan here - Truth is really getting bland, so it's nice to see. - Pretty obvious win for Wade Barrett here over Darren Young. If Young had won, it'd be just terrible. - Kidd defeating Hawkins is okay, as long as Archer wins on Smackdown against Smith. - A good promo from Nexus - a little bit of tension growing in them, eh? Don't turn Otunga face though. - Lastly, a great main event match with the 5 non-Nexus winning. Loved the aftermath too, and Barrett standing tall is great.
A good show.
Smackdown:
- A good opening promo; liking how Del Rio isn't going to go right out and get another crack at Rey. - McIntyre defeating Hardy is good. Really nothing much left for Hardy anymore. (Released in news report!) - Splitting the week with Archer defeating Smith is definitely the best call as it makes it more balanced into NOC. - Straight Edge Society and Michael McGillicutty feud? Interesting indeed. But dislike that McGillicutty was laid out here. - Ziggler defeating MVP is the best call with him being Intercontinental Champ. Love that Vickie got Trouble in Paradise, haha. - Quite the obvious job from Finlay - sadly - his career is coming towards an end. Swagger needs more competition though. - Lastly, a solid main event with Kane taking the win over Christian. The aftermath reminds me of Abyss and "they", but more predictable.
Another good show. Looking forward to Night Of Champions.

September 19th, 2010 - Chicago, Illinois
Dark Match - Christian def. Cody Rhodes Christian finished Rhodes off with the Killswitch.
✮Before the show officially opens up, we see a quick opening package, highlighting the feuds building towards tonight's event. It focuses mainly on the two World Championship matches, firstly, the Six-Pack Challenge for the WWE Championship, and then the Brother versus Brother encounter for the World Heavyweight Championship between Kane and The Undertaker. We finish on a shot of the urn in the center of the ring this past Friday on SmackDown as Kane backs off in terror. We then open the show up.
✮The pyrotechnics explode from the stage as the jam-packed crowd go wild for WWE Night of Champions to get underway. The team of Michael Cole, Jerry 'The King' Lawler and Matt Striker welcome us to the broadcast, reminding us that tonight is sure to be a huge night. We then get underway with our very first Championship match of the evening.
United States Championship - Daniel Bryan def. The Miz [C] A fantastic way to kick off this event with this heated feud between former NXT Pro and Rookie. NXT Season One saw The Miz as the Pro of Daniel Bryan, but Miz neglected Bryan and was a bad Pro, since then, Bryan has looked for revenge, and tonight, he gets his chance. The two battle it out, showing their aggression towards each other. There were many points where Daniel Bryan went for the LeBelle Lock, and the crowd got to their feet, but Miz escaped, knowing the danger of the move. Throughout the match, Michael Cole was backing The Miz all the way, and at one point, he and Bryan had a slight confrontation, which led to Miz getting the upper hand. Eventually, The Miz had Bryan set up for the Skull-Crushing Finale, but Bryan used his unique in-ring ability to roll Miz over and lock in the LeBelle Lock right in the center of the ring. Miz had absolutely nowhere to go and after a minute of struggle, finally tapped out, much to the delight of the WWE Universe.
✮Daniel Bryan celebrated in shock at his victory as The Miz rolled out of the ring, virtually in tears. Bryan left ringside with a huge smile on his face and the United States Championship firmly in his grasp. We see Alex Riley come to ringside to comfort his mentor, but Miz shoves him aside and storms off, clearly distraught at his loss. Not to mention, the entire WWE Universe rubbed it in, chanting "You tapped out!" as Miz left up the ramp. We then fade to a promo package.
✮We see a promo package for Friday Night SmackDown, which will have it's Season Premiere on SyFy on October 1st... LIVE! We then return to WWE Night of Champions.
✮Backstage, we see the Intercontinental Champion, Dolph Ziggler on the phone. He looks pretty worried and speaks to the person on the other end, saying "I am so sorry, Vickie, I couldn't do anything about it... It was an accident, I swear! Don't worry, babe, I'll get Kingston back tonight, and I'll be bringing the Intercontinental Championship home for us tonight!" He puts the phone down and wipes his brow, giving the crowd a chuckle. He then leaves and we return to ringside.
WWE Tag Team Championships - The Hart Dynasty [C] w/ Natalya def. Curt Hawkins & Vance Archer Tyson Kidd and David Hart Smith were ready to get some revenge on the Gatecrashers for their recent antics, and they did just that. Hawkins and Kidd started things off, and Hawkins took control, later tagging in Archer, who dominated the match. However, Kidd managed to fight back and lunged to tag Smith, who exploded in and took both Archer and Hawkins down. In the end, it came down to Smith and Hawkins as the legal men, and after Archer was thrown over the top by Smith, the Harts hit Hawkins with the Hart Attack for he victory, retaining their WWE Tag Team Championships.
✮The Hart Dynasty celebrate their victory and to make everything that much better, Bret Hart comes out too to congratulate his family. The crowd pop as all four stand in a row with their hands held high. We then fade backstage.
✮Josh Mathews is backstage alongside Chris Jericho to a lot of heat. He asks Jericho if he feels that this is his time, and that he actually has a chance of defeating all five of his opponents tonight. Jericho calls Mathews a hypocritical parasite, and tells him that there is no 'if' or 'but' tonight, he will walk out as the new WWE Champion. He says that he has defeated all of his opponents besides Wade Barrett, at least once before. And even so, he taught Barrett everything he knows, and will know his every move. So it is inevitable that tonight, Jericho will be Champion again. He walks off and we return to ringside.
Intercontinental Championship - Dolph Ziggler [C] def. Kofi Kingston This was the final encounter between these two men, after so many unfair finishes, disqualifications, count-outs, this was the last chance, and Kofi Kingston knew it. He fought with everything he had to try and regain his Intercontinental Championship. Ziggler was all alone too, which favored Kingston. However, hold nothing against Dolph, as he was fighting back just as much and held his own, showing that he is a worthy Champion. Despite this being the last encounter, it still had a dodgy finish, but this one was not caused by Ziggler, or Vickie Guerrero, it was caused... by Jack Swagger. There was a point in the match where the referee was sent crashing to the canvas after an accidental clothesline from Kingston. Suddenly, Jack Swagger rushed down the ramp, entered the ring and brutally attacked Kofi Kingston. He finished the attack off with a huge Gutwrench Powerbomb, and then shouted at Dolph Ziggler to cover him now. Ziggler looked around in confusion, but saw the opportunity and covered Kingston, and unfortunately, the referee regained consciousness and counted a slow three, but it gave Ziggler the victory he wanted.
✮Dolph Ziggler shouted in celebration, clutching his Intercontinental Championship as Jack Swagger leaves up the ramp, staring at the downed Kofi Kingston. Nobody had a clue as to why Swagger had done this, but what's done is done. Kingston came around and watched in frustration as Swagger left ringside. Ziggler quickly left with a smile on his face as we fade to a promo package.
✮We see a promo package for WWE Hell in a Cell, airing live on October 3rd, 2010. We then return to WWE Night of Champions.
✮The Chicago crowd go nuts as the theme of their hometown superstar, CM Punk hits. He and his Straight Edge Society come out to a relatively good response, obviously not due to his charming charisma, but the fact that he is from Chicago. They enter the ring and Punk begins to speak. He smiles and says that Chicago was once a place which he enjoyed to live in. A place where he was proud to come from. But now, he claims that the city is a rotting pool of drug-ridden, alcohol-driven idiots. He gets a ton of heat, and all of a sudden, his hometown cheers turned to boos. He says he doesn't care what they think of him or The Straight Edge Society, because they pay no attention to the scum of the Earth such as them. He says that the only reason he came here tonight was to give this message to the disgusting people of Chicago. They then turn to leave, but to the joy of the crowd, the theme of the Big Show hits. The SES are in shock and don't know what to do. Punk tells Gallows and Mercury to protect him as Big Show walks towards the ring. Show is sporting white tape on both hands, clearly due to the attack from The SES last week. He enters the ring and both Gallows and Mercury attack, but receive a double clothesline for their trouble. The SES bail as Show stands tall in the ring, smiling to himself. CM Punk says he's finished with him and he wants no more trouble, but Show simply shakes his head and gestures that he will crush Punk once an for all soon. The crowd pop as Show taunts and we fade backstage.
✮Josh Mathews is once again backstage, but this time, with Randy Orton to a massive pop. He asks Randy if he thinks tonight is his time to shine, and to become WWE Champion once again. Orton tells him that Sheamus has held the WWE Championship for long enough now, and it's about time The Viper was back at the top of the food chain. He says that if there is one thing he is 100% guaranteeing, it's that Wade Barrett is in for one huge R-K-O! He walks off as the crowd pop and we fade to ringside again.
✮The commentary team direct us to a promo package, building the following contest. It is the package hyping up the World Heavyweight Championship match between Kane and The Undertaker. It shows all the key factors on the way, and it finishes with a shot of Kane standing tall over The Undertaker following a Tombstone Piledriver. We then return to ringside.
World Heavyweight Championship - The Undertaker def. Kane [C] via Count-out Kane entered first and prepared to face off against his brother, but before Undertaker entered, the druid theme hits and a casket is rolled towards the ring and placed alongside the apron, which freaks Kane out, just like it has done over the weeks. After they had left, The Undertaker makes his entrance and in a rather unusual manner, never takes his eyes off the casket the whole way down the ramp as if he knew exactly what was in it. Kane kept turning his head, looking between Undertaker and the casket in confusion. Suddenly, Kane attacks his brother without warning and the match begins. The brothers battle it out and Undertaker is the one who takes control, hitting Kane with Old School, and Chokeslamming him, but Kane kicks out at two. Suddenly, Kane gains control, wearing down his brother and eventually delivering a Chokeslam of his own, but he doesn’t cover his brother. Instead, he walks over to the side of the ring with the casket and contemplates opening it. He eventually plucks up the courage and opens it, to reveal the urn, once again sitting there. Kane shakes his head in disbelief and slams the casket lid shut. He then turns around to realize Undertaker is on his feet and he lifts Kane up for a Tombstone, but Kane slides off and clotheslines his brother to the ground. Kane leaves the ring and looks underneath it for something. He pulls out a small bottle of gasoline and a lighter as the crowd go nuts. He stares at the casket and screams "I'll make sure that you really are dead!". By this point, the referee has counted to ten and counted Kane out of the match. The crowd boo at this disappointing finish. Kane then pours gasoline over the casket and is about to light it, but suddenly... GONG! And the lights go out.
✮Another gong hits and the lights come back on. To the crowd’s confusion, The Undertaker is gone, the casket is open, and the urn has disappeared. Kane looks around, more confused than ever. He enters the ring to look around, and there is nobody to be seen. But then, a third gong hits and the lights go out once more. A fourth gong hits and the lights return again, and what we see then shocks the entire WWE Universe. In front of Kane, stands none other than the legendary Paul Bearer, with the urn in his grasp. The WWE Universe go absolutely nuts and Kane stares, wide-eyed at Bearer, who smiles at Kane. Bearer then lifts the urn up and Kane turns around, walking right into The Undertaker who turns him upside down and plants him with a Tombstone Piledriver. The crowd go wild as The Undertaker stands tall over his brother Kane and Paul Bearer has indeed returned! He raises the urn and Undertaker does his signature taunt as the lights go a dim blue. The WWE Universe are pumped as we fade to a promo package.
✮We see a promo package for WWE SmackDown vs. Raw 2011, coming out on the 26th of October, 2010. We then cut backstage.
✮Josh Mathews is backstage once again, this time, with John Cena to a massive pop. He says that John Cena has had had serious issues with all five men in the WWE Championship Sic-Pack Challenge at some point in the past. He asks if he is ready to have to take them on all at once. Cena says that he knows this is a huge challenge for him, but he will never back down, and he will fight until he gets what he wants, and that is the WWE Championship. He says that tonight, he knows that four of his five opponents share on thing in common, and that is hatred towards Wade Barrett and The Nexus. So if anything is going to happen tonight, it is definitely not going to be Wade Barrett as WWE Champion, he will make very sure of that. He walks off to a pop as we fade to ringside.
Womens & Divas Championships - Layla [C] w/ Michelle McCool def. Melina [C] Both divas were psyched for this match, ready to bring all the gold back to their brand. Michelle McCool on the outside unnerved Melina slightly, but she focused mainly on Layla, the legal diva in this match. The two locked up and it was Melina who took control almost instantly. It wasn't until McCool got involved that Layla got a chance to come back. McCool tripped Melina up as she bounced off the ropes, but the referee saw it and sent McCool packing, ordering her back to the locker room. She couldn't believe it, and put up a fight. This fight caught the attention of Melina, who smiles and told McCool to get the hell out of there, but it backfired as Layla had grabbed the Divas Championship and smashed it into Melina's face, knocking her out cold. She quickly threw away the belt and covered Melina. The referee turned around, saw the cover, and counted the three as the WWE Universe boo.
✮Michelle McCool runs back to the ring and they both hug and celebrate as Melina holds her head on the canvas. Layla holds the two halves of the Womens Championship as McCool grabs the Divas Championship. They celebrate as the referee helps Melina out of the ring. She looks back in disappointment and shakes her head, saying "Sorry" to the fans at ringside. LayCool mock Melina, pretending to cry to a lot of heat. They laugh and we fade backstage.
✮Josh Mathews is backstage once again, this time, alongside the WWE Champion, Sheamus to a lot of heat. Before Mathews can even begin asking questions, Sheamus snatches the microphone and shoves him aside, telling him to get out. Sheamus then speaks into the camera, warning his opponents for tonight. He says that it is the destiny of the Celtic Warrior to be WWE Champion for foreseeable future, and nobody will change that. He once again reminds us that he was the one who ended the career of Triple H... yes, that's getting very old; don't you wish someone would just shut him up? Sheamus storms off as we fade to ringside.
✮The commentary team lead us into the promo package for tonight's Main Event. It shows the build towards this Six-Pack Challenge and finishes with the shot from this past Monday's Raw, as Wade Barrett stood tall with the WWE Championship over his five opponents. We then return to ringside.
WWE Championship - Sheamus [C] def. John Cena, Chris Jericho, Edge, Randy Orton & Wade Barrett All six men stand in the ring, ready to take the WWE Championship home. Wade Barret finds himself in the center of the ring, surrounded by his five opponents. The crowd pop as all five men initiate a beat down on Barrett and eventually throw him from the ring, following a Spear from Edge. Suddenly, Orton attacks Edge, Sheamus attacks John Cena and Jericho wisely moves around, observing the fights. Cena and Sheamus eventually brawl to the outside. Edge whips Orton into the center of the ring where he is met with a dropkick from Jericho. Edge and Jericho look at each other and smirk. They then double team on Orton. On the outside, Sheamus rams Cena into the steel steps. Inside, Jericho and Edge hits Orton with a double suplex. Jericho goes for a cover, but Edge pulls him off. The duo begin to argue about who gets the pin, but Wade Barrett enters the ring. They suddenly stop arguing and deliver a double clothesline to Barrett before throwing him out of the ring yet again. Edge and Jericho then continue to argue, but Orton is on his feet and he delivers rights to both men. Jericho drops to the canvas leaving Orton to battle Edge. Edge gains some control and measures Orton up for a Spear, but Orton reverses it into a beautiful RKO. He covers him, but out of nowhere, Sheamus enters to break the count. Orton gets up, trades blows with Sheamus and eventually hits him with an FRKO, and then covers him. But Jericho breaks this one up. he same happens to Jericho, but Cena breaks up this one. Orton and Cena then come face to face to a massive pop from the crowd. Before they can begin to fight, Wade Barrett tries his luck once again, but is simply launched right back over the top rope and to the floor. But that's not all, as The Nexus rush to the ring. All of the competitors besides Wade Barrett enter the ring as Nexus surrounds it, helping Barrett to his feet. No disqualifications in this match means anything goes. The Nexus jump onto the apron, but the WWE superstars inside take the fight to them and begin individual brawls. However, Sheamus cleverly retreats to the center of the ring. But unbeknown to him, John Cena had the same idea and measures Sheamus for an Attitude Adjustment. He lifts him up, but Wade Barrett enters and causes him to drop Sheamus. Cena battles back and hits Wade Barrett with an Attitude Adjustment, but he turns around right into a huge Brogue Kick from Sheamus, who covers Cena and picks up the victory.
✮Sheamus celebrates in the center of the ring to lots of heat from the crowd, and many in shock that he actually retained. The Nexus are still brawling with the other superstars on the outside whilst Sheamus basks in the glory on the inside. He holds his Championship high, but isn't at all too please when...
✮... the theme of Triple H hits the arena to the biggest pop of the night. Sheamus turns and looks up the ramp in horror as Triple H emerges wearing a HHH t-shirt and jeans. And guess what? He's holding a sledgehammer. As well as Sheamus, The Nexus look a bit on edge too. Triple H approaches the ring, and smacks Justin Gabriel in the gut with the sledgehammer, shortly followed by a shot to Heath Slater. Triple H then enters the ring and Sheamus has nowhere to go, so he simply charges and goes for a Brogue Kick, but misses and turns around, right into a shot from the sledgehammer to a huge pop from the crowd. Sheamus is on the floor in pain, holding his ribs. Triple H picks up the WWE Championship, looks at it and then does his signature taunt while standing over Sheamus, WWE Title in one hand, sledgehammer in the other. The Nexus retreat and Cena, Orton, Jericho and Edge stand in fighting stances, fending them off. Night of Champions comes to a close on a shot of Cena, Orton, Jericho and Edge on the outside, with Triple H standing tall over Sheamus in the background, holding up the gold. Goodnight, everybody!

-Everyone seemed so happy at Bryan winning the US Title. Figured you'd do with it too. -Hart Dynasty winning was also expected since this was Hawkins and Archer first shot. -Ziggler over Kingston was pretty nice for his reign as champion. Keep it on him. -Decent promo to hype the Punk/Show. Hope this feud ends soon though because I'd love to see CM Punk get into WHC pictures. -The Undertaker over Kane by countout is nice to keep them both looking strong. Great stuff after the match. Expecting this feud to continue. -Layla over Melina is pretty cool either way. Layla winning is fresh though. -Sheamus retaining came to be a shock. But this is great to set up HHH/Sheamus at HIAC. -Great PPV; some great things to look forward to in the future.

WWE Night of Champions: Sunday 19th September 2010...Nice dark match with Christian beating Cody Rhodes; I feel like Christian has another WWE Intercontinental Championship run in him; he definitely will never reach the World Heavyweight Championship credibly now. Cody Rhodes has so much potential; hopefully he achieves something in the future. Daniel Bryan beating The Miz is fine, I guess. No surprise though, Bryan beating Miz for the WWE United States Championship. Like that this opened up the show, too. The Hart Dynasty beating Curt Hawkins and Vance Archer is alright, happy in a way that Tyson Kidd and David Hart Smith are still WWE Tag Team Champions, but I hope they lose the belts soon. Odd for Bret Hart to appear. Dolph Ziggler overcoming Kofi Kingston is fine; a good WWE Intercontinental Championship defense in a last chance match. Decent promo with CM Punk and Big Show, but there's not a lot more for you to do with Show and the Straight Edge Society's feud. End it at Hell in a Cell I say. The Undertaker beating Kane is good; the count-out finish makes it definite that we'll see them in Hell in a Cell at...Hell in a Cell. I hear that WWE went with your idea for the finish for these two at Hell in a Cell. You could stick to that, but it'd be great to see you change the scenario coming into the pay-per-view. Paul Bearer's debut here is good, perhaps better. Bit early for the WWE SmackDown vs RAW 2011 trailers, I think. Layla beating Melina...would have preferred Michelle McCool on this occasion. Good WWE Womens Championship unification bout though I guess. Would have liked you to go for Melina winning though. Don't go for the WWE Unified Divas Championship please; that sounds wank. Sheamus' interview was a giveaway to the climax of the pay-per-view. Great WWE Championship main event, through Nexus interference but Sheamus retaining cowardously is so Fatal 4 Way and Money in the Bank. Triple H returning now is the best time; just don't cram this into a two week build for Hell in a Cell then change scenario. Overall, a decent pay-per-view, now hopefully you can go more original but I doubt that until you start building for Bragging Rights.

-Good dark match with Christian going over Rhodes. Wonder whats next for them. -Bryan going over The Miz there is good. -HD going over Gate Crashers is a great call, for I think its not their time yet. -Ziggler going over Kingston in a last chance match for the title is great. Wonder whats next for them. -Taker going over Kane via Countout extends their feud which is great. Bearer returning is great, as you made it look better in my opinion. -Layla going over Melina is shocking. Good call though. -Sheamus winning the Six Pack Challenge is good. HHH returning at this time is great. Overall, nice PPV. Can't wait to see what happens next.

September 20th, 2010 - Indianapolis, Indiana
Darren Young def. Michael Tarver w/ Heath Slater Zack Ryder def. Yoshi Tatsu ✮Before the night starts, we see a quick recap of the Six-Pack Challenge for the WWE Championship, last night at WWE Night of Champions. It shows all the main parts, including the Nexus invasion, and Sheamus retaining his title, but closes with the clip of Triple H returning and taking Sheamus out and standing over him with the WWE Title in hand. Raw then starts.
CUE OPENING PACKAGE
✮Pyrotechnics explode from the stage as the WWE Universe go wild. Michael Cole and Jerry 'The King' Lawler welcome us to the show and hype how amazing last night's WWE Night of Champions actually was, reminding us that we have a new United States Champion in the form of Daniel Bryan, and Triple H has indeed returned. Speaking of that, the theme of Triple H hits the arena to a gigantic pop and he comes out wearing casual clothes with a huge smile on his face. He enters with his usual stuff, spraying water into the air before grabbing a microphone and speaking to the WWE Universe.
✮Before he says anything else, he simply says "Missed me?" top a massive pop from the fans. A 'Triple H' chant breaks out and it makes him chuckle and nod, showing his gratitude towards the WWE Universe. He then says that it's been nearly five months since Sheamus took him out of action at Extreme Rules, and to say that's quite a while is an understatement. He says it has been the longest five months of his entire career, dying to get back and teach the Celtic Warrior a lesson. He says that last night, he took it upon himself to shut Sheamus up. He says that he is sure we have all heard Sheamus brag week in, week out about how he 'took out Triple H', well The Game is back to stop it. He gets a cheer. Triple H says that people may think that this is just about the WWE Championship, but people who know him well will know that this is far beyond the WWE Title... this is personal. He then says he has a proposal to settle the score with Sheamus in two weeks at WWE Hell in a Cell, a match which ultimately settles scores between bitter enemies. But before anything else can be said - BLEEP, BLEEP! - the computer calls. Triple H comically holds his ears and says "What is that awful sound?!", getting a laugh from the crowd, but the humour is soon overpowered as the heat in the building increases. Michael Cole steps up and says "May I have your attention please, I have received an e-mail from our General Manager..." The WWE Universe shout as loud as they can to drown out Cole's voice, but to no success. Cole then reads "And I quote - Hunter, it's good to see you back, and as far as I'm concerned... you have your match against Sheamus at Hell in a Cell for the WWE Championship!" This gets a decent reaction from the crowd. Cole then continues, reading "And as this Pay-Per-View will be themed, I see no harm in making it a Hell in a Cell match!" The crowd go nuts and Triple H nods his head with a smirk on his face. However, Cole is not finished, as he reads "However, it does seem rather unfair to just hand you the position of #1 Contender upon your return, and therefore, I took the liberty of booking you in a #1 Contender's match tonight, against Chris Jericho!" The crowd pop and Triple H likes what he hears, and is completely happy with the match. But suddenly, out of nowhere - BAM! - the WWE Champion, Sheamus enters the ring and drills Triple H with a Brogue Kick, taking him to the canvas. We hear Sheamus scream "Good luck, fella!" in a sarcastic manner before raising the WWE Championship high and leaving ringside. We fade away from an angered Triple H to a commercial break.
COMMERCIAL BREAK
John Morrison def. Edge This was a fantastic match, and the two worked so well together. It was a very back and forth match, with both men very close to hitting their finishing moves. At one point, Morrison had Edge virtually beat after connecting with a Chuck Kick, but Edge used his veteran ring skills to place his foot on the bottom rope breaking the count. Eventually, it came down to Edge measuring Morrison for the Spear, only to miss and collide with the middle turnbuckle. Morrison looked to be going for another Chuck Kick, but instead, turned it into a springboard sunset flip, rolled Edge up and picked up a huge upset victory over The Rated R Superstar.
✮Afterwards, Edge was in shock that he had lost in such a fashion. John Morrison celebrated his victory and left ringside, leaving a stunned Edge in the ring. He gets to his feet and asks for a microphone. He then speaks to the WWE Universe. Edge says that Raw has brought him nothing but bad luck since he got here, losing countless times, missing out on countless WWE Championship opportunities, it's just not fair! Edge says that he demands to be traded back to SmackDown where he belongs. The crowd give a mixed reaction, not knowing what to make of Edge's sudden decision to leave. He says that Raw is full of idiots like Wade Barrett, which he says in a mocking British accent, and wannabes like The Miz, and let's not forget freaks like Goldust. All of those get a laugh and a cheer from the crowd. Edge then says that not only that, but Casper is our WWE Champion! The crowd pop and Edge shakes his head in disbelief. He says he wants to be traded to SmackDown to get away from all the stupidity that Raw beholds. He drops the microphone and gets quite a decent reaction from the crowd. We then fade backstage.
✮Josh Mathews is backstage alongside the new, self-proclaimed Co-Unified Divas Champions, LayCool. They get a lot of heat from the crowd. Mathews says that up next will be a Diva Battle Royal to determine the #1 Contender for the Unified Divas Championship at WWE Hell in a Cell. He asks them if anyone stands out to them as potential contenders. Layla and Michelle look at each other, clearly trying to prevent themselves from laughing, but they just can't contain it and burst into hysterics. Layla says "Potential contenders...?" and McCool says "Gimme a break!" They both leave, Mathews confused at what just happened as we fade to a commercial break.
COMMERCIAL BREAK
#1 Contendership for the Unified Divas Championship - Gail Kim def. Alicia Fox, Eve, Jillian, Maryse, Melina, Natalya, Brie Bella, Nikki Bella, Kelly Kelly, Rosa Mendes & Tiffany A quick Diva Battle Royal to simply find LayCool a contender for Hell in a Cell, who were at ringside doing commentary for this contest. The prominent divas in this match were Gail Kim, Melina, Alicia Fox, Natalya and Kelly Kelly. It eventually came down to those four. Natalya was thrown out next thanks to a huge boot from Alicia Fox. LayCool took a dislike to the thought of Melina winning, and so they assisted Alicia Fox by pulling down the middle rope as Fox shoved Melina back into the ropes, causing her to fall through and be eliminated. Alicia Fox also eliminated Kelly Kelly from the match after her signature Axe Kick, eliminating the most divas in this contest. However, in the end, after Alicia Fox became distracted by a brawl on the outside as Melina attacked LayCool, Gail Kim struck and dropkicked Fox in the back, eliminating her from the match and claiming the victory.
✮Gail Kim celebrated as LayCool looked on. Melina re-entered the ring, holding her head and raised Kim's hand. It was now known that Gail Kim will face either Michelle McCool or Layla at Hell in a Cell for the Unified Divas Championship. We then cut to a promo package.
✮We see a promo package, hyping SmackDown's debut on SyFy on October 1st - LIVE! We then return backstage on Raw.
✮The Nexus are backstage and Barrett is giving them a team talk of some sort. During this, he reveals that Justin Gabriel will go face-to-face with Randy Orton, tonight on Raw. He says that Gabriel needs to focus on getting this victory; otherwise he could be looking at ejection from The Nexus. Gabriel thinks that's a bit extreme, but Barrett is having none of it, and says at this point, only the strongest will survive, and a victory over Orton tonight will prove his worth. He gets them all to put their hand in the middle, and they raise them and shout "Nexus!" as we fade to a commercial break.
COMMERCIAL BREAK
✮We return to see Josh Mathews stood alongside Randy Orton to a huge pop. He asks him if he is upset at his loss last night in the Six-Pack Challenge. Orton says that he had the chance to become WWE Champion, but once again, The Nexus cost him the match. He says that tonight, he is going to send a message to The Nexus, to ensure they never get in his way again, and hit Justin Gabriel with an R-K-O! Orton walks off and we fade to ringside.
Justin Gabriel def. Randy Orton Gabriel really proved his worth in this match, taking it all the way to Orton. Orton stayed in control more towards the end, but just like last night at Night of Champion, The Nexus flocked to ringside and surrounded the ring. This distraction allowed Gabriel to catch his breath, and put Orton out with a massive spin kick, knocking Orton to the canvas. Gabriel then climbed up top and hit Orton with the 450 Splash for a shocking victory.
✮The Nexus entered the ring and celebrated with Gabriel, Barrett patting him on the back of the head and smiling at him, saying he did good. All six men then turn to Orton who was getting to his feet and smirk. Barrett order them to begin a beat down, and as they approach The Viper, in classic fashion, the theme of John Cena hits the arena and the crowd go absolutely wild. He rushes out from behind the set holding a steel chair, looking to smash it on somebody Nexus. He slides into the ring and The Nexus disperse, not wanting anything to do with a chair-wielding John Cena. Orton gets to his feet and both he and Cena stand side by side as The Nexus retreat up the ramp in formation. However, the crowd once again boo as we hear - BLEEP, BLEEP! - the General Manager wants our attention. Michael Cole does his usual stuff, and then says "And I quote - this has evidently gone far enough. At Hell in a Cell, it is going to be John Cena and Randy Orton in a Six-on-Two Elimination Handicap Match!" The crowd give a mixed reaction, as this puts their two favourite superstars in a difficult situation. The Nexus are virtually licking their lips with excitement, realizing this is their chance to completely destroy John Cena and Randy Orton. The theme of The Nexus hits and we fade to a commercial break.
COMMERCIAL BREAK
Ted DiBiase w/ Maryse def. Daniel Bryan Mr. Money in the Bank, The Miz was at commentary with Alex Riley, mocking Bryan all the way through. Michael Cole repeatedly stuck up for Miz, saying he didn't really tap, he was simply getting the referee's attention to tell him he wasn't going to give up. Miz agrees, but King just sits there and laughs. Back to the match, Daniel Bryan was in complete control at first, but Miz gave a little signal to Alex Riley, and Riley jumped onto the apron, distracting the referee. This allowed Miz to enter the ring, smash Bryan with the briefcase and then leave. Ted DiBiase covered Bryan and the referee counted the three for the victory.
✮Afterwards, Ted DiBiase and Maryse left in celebration as Miz and Riley entered the ring and stood over Bryan's fallen body. Miz squatted down and shouted in his face "You're nothing! You hear me? You're nothing! I'm The Miz - and I'm awesome!" Miz’s theme plays as he holds his briefcase high up as Bryan holds his head in pain. Riley applauds his mentor as we fade backstage.
✮Josh Mathews is once again backstage, but this time, he is with Chris Jericho to as lot of heat. Mathews begins to speak, but Jericho just tells him to shut up. He says he doesn't want to answer none of his hypocritical questions, or talk about the events of last night. Jericho says he is simply going to go out there tonight, beat Triple H, and once again be on the road to the WWE Championship. He leaves and we fade to a commercial break.
COMMERCIAL BREAK
✮We return to see a promo package for WWE Hell in a Cell, airing on October 3rd. We then return to Raw.
#1 Contendership for the WWE Championship - Triple H def. Chris Jericho A brilliant Main Event to say the least. Both men were really pumped up to go to Hell in a Cell and compete for the WWE Championship, but like he said earlier, to Triple H, this is about more than just the gold. The contest was evenly matched for the most part. Chris Jericho had many spots where he had Triple H in a submission hold, and shouted at the referee to "Ask him!" but HHH would not give up. At one point, Jericho went for the Codebreaker, but Triple H remained on his feet, showing his pure power as he threw Jericho into the corner. Hunter hit him with the Double A Spinebuster and was ready to hit the Pedigree. Jericho got to his feet and Triple H locked him up, but instead, was tripped up and locked in the Walls of Jericho. After a struggle, HHH managed to reach the bottom rope, forcing Jericho to break the hold. Jericho dragged him into the center of the ring and went for it again, but instead, Triple H rolled him into a small package, but Jericho kicked out at two. Both men got to their feet, but in the end, Triple H was victorious after he hit a huge Pedigree and got the three count.
✮The Game had earned his spot as #1 Contender for the WWE Championship, and will now go on to WWE Hell in a Cell in two weeks, to face Sheamus in a brutal Hell in a Cell match. But before the night is over, Sheamus makes another appearance, trying to do the same thing he did to Triple H at the start of the show, which was a bit silly, as HHH knew exactly what was coming, not to mention his veteran instincts to begin with. Hunter ducked the Brogue Kick and kicked Sheamus in the gut, locking him up for the Pedigree, but Sheamus bailed, grabbing his title and running scared. Triple H threatened Sheamus, saying he was coming for him in two weeks, but Sheamus just clutched his title and backed away as Raw fades to a close.

WWE RAW: Monday 20th September 2010...Darren Young getting a feature, and a win for that matter is great, hopefully he goes further than they have actually been making him look [like the new Al Snow of 2000], glad he won on Superstars. I do however prefer Michael Tarver, Heath Slater is the worse of the two in Nexus. Zack Ryder beating Yoshi Tatsu...not that satisfying, they've gone at it a few dozen times. Good promo to kick off, definitely a way to get the audience pumped with Triple H in the ring with focus on him and Sheamus' history. Hopefully their feud isn't rushed into Hell in a Cell as previously noted. Don't see the point in this number one contenders bout though; it's so obvious Hunter will win. Why would Chris Jericho face Sheamus at a pay-per-view for the WWE Championship when both are heels anyway? Never got that in diaries, or real life. John Morrison beating Edge was a surprise, loved Edge's slight shoot and how he wants to go to SmackDown. Liked The Miz getting involved; obvious we'll see these two at Bragging Rights in real life, but perhaps seeing them face at Hell in a Cell here. Gail Kim winning the contenders bout to the WWE Unified Divas Championship...first off, would have been a bit more original to go for the Unified Womens Championship; also considering the Divas title looks dreadful. I feel like Laycool should have been featured in a match as new undisputed champions. In addition, not sure about Gail as she lacks personality. It's like a reflection of Natalya getting contention to Michelle McCool in real life. Justin Gabriel beating Randy Orton was indeed a big surprise, loved it though as it elevated Gabriel's persona well. John Cena's run in was nice. I do love how the focus in the main event is now back onto the WWE Championship and not Nexus vs the World. I do think that the 'Nexus or against us' scenario with Wade Barrett and Cena would have worked if Orton was in Cena's place. Would have been more convincing to me. Ted Dibiase getting his head out of comedy and beating Daniel Bryan is nice; hopefully Miz and Bryan's final encounter for the WWE United States Championship ends at Hell in a Cell in a gimmick match. Dibiase and Maryse need something proper to do; maybe utilize Maryse as the golddigger valet even more. Lastly, very predictable win for Triple H in a solid main event with Chris Jericho, enjoyable show and I do love how Hell in a Cell is turning out to be so far. A decent show, maybe one or two things more focused more on reflecting real life events which takes away from originality.

September 24th, 2010 - Bloomington, Illinois
April Lee def. Tiffany Luke Gallows w/ The Straight Edge Society def. Chris Masters ✮Proceeding the opening package, a quick recap of WWE Night of Champions is shown, highlighting what went down in the World Heavyweight Championship Match between Kane and The Undertaker. It closes on a shot of The Undertaker and Paul Bearer standing tall. We then open up the show.
CUE OPENING PACKAGE
✮We kick off the show with the usual pyrotechnics display and are welcomed by Todd Grisham and Matt Striker. We are told that after the events of this past Sunday's Night of Champions Pay-Per-View, we will see Kofi Kingston get his revenge on Jack Swagger in our Main Event for tonight. We are then told that also tonight, as the WWE Universe watched in shock as Paul Bearer returned, he and The Undertaker are here tonight to address the World Heavyweight Champion, Kane, and apparently speak about Hell in a Cell, which is just nine days away. We then hear the theme of Alberto Del Rio, and a unique introduction from his personal ring announcer, Ricardo Rodriguez. He gets a ton of heat, but still comes out, cockier than ever. He enters the ring wearing his priceless suit and white scarf, and begins to speak to the WWE Universe.
✮He does his signature line, saying "My name is Alberto Del Rio - but you already know that..." and then goes on to say how Rey Mysterio has requested a match with him at WWE Hell in a Cell. The crowd pop, but Del Rio smiles and shakes his head, saying that he has no intention of fighting Rey, unless it's in his own time. With that said, Del Rio says that he watched Night of Champions from his own mansion in Mexico, and he says that he felt that the show would have been twice as good if he was involved. The crowd boo but he just laughs. He is about to continue, but he is interrupted by the theme of SmackDown General Manager, Theodore Long. He comes out onto the stage and tells Del Rio that he is the one who makes the matches around here. So, therefore, he books Rey Mysterio versus Alberto Del Rio in nine days at Hell in a Cell! The crowd go nuts as Del Rio becomes angry. He shouts at Long saying he can't do that, but Long says he can, and he just has. He also says that Del Rio better have brought his ring gear, because tonight, he will be facing Kaval. Del Rio explodes in anger as Long leaves with a smile on his face. We then fade to a commercial break.
COMMERCIAL BREAK
✮We see a promo package, advertising next week's SmackDown, which will be the brand's debut on SyFy - LIVE! We then return to the broadcast.
The Hart Dynasty w/ Natalya def. The Dudebusters Raw's WWE Tag Team Champions are here, as The Hart Dynasty are searching for some more worthy contenders. The Dudebusters have stepped up to the plate after months of absence from SmackDown, but unfortunately, The Hart Dynasty were too much for them in their return, defeating them via the Hart Attack, Kidd pinning Barreta.
✮After the match, The hart Dynasty celebrated with their Championships, but were brutally assaulted by the team of Curt Hawkins and Vance Archer, whom they defeated at Night of Champions. Hawkins screams at them, saying they want another show, but suddenly, The Dudebusters get back to their feet and shove them away, saying that it's about time they got a title shot. The Hart Dynasty leave ringside and both The Gatecrashers and The Dudebusters watch them. We then fade backstage.
✮We see Vickie Guerrero and the Intercontinental Champion, Dolph Ziggler backstage. They get a lot of heat, but it increases when Jack Swagger walks in. He says that Vickie asked for him to come here, and Vickie says she did. Ziggler then goes up to him and says that regardless of what happened at Night of Champion, it was he who retained the Intercontinental Championship, and he didn't need his help whatsoever. Swagger laughs and says he honestly couldn't care less, because all he wanted, was to make an impact, and cost Kofi the match. Ziggler says that's fair enough, but he is curious as to why he did it. Swagger says he has stood by while Kingston soaked up the spotlight, getting countless Championship matches despite losing them all, and he was fed up of standing on the sidelines. Ziggler shrugs his shoulders and he agrees. Swagger leaves and Vickie and Ziggler continue talking as we fade to a commercial break.
COMMERCIAL BREAK
CM Punk w/ The Straight Edge Society def. Michael McGillicutty This was a pretty quick match. McGillicutty was looking for revenge from last week where he was beaten down by The Straight Edge Society, but instead, he was once again taken out by the sadistic group. McGillicutty was in control, but with the referee distracted by Serena, Gallows and Mercury attacked, dragging him out of the ring and smashing him into the announce table multiple times. He was then rolled back into the ring, where CM Punk lifted him onto his shoulders and connected with the Go To Sleep for the victory.
✮CM Punk demanded a microphone, and he got one. He said that this past Sunday at Night of Champions, he was humiliated by the Big Show as he took down both Mercury and Gallows. He says that Big Show dared to interrupt his speech to his hometown people. He also says that The Straight Edge Society are through with him, and there is no reason for him to continue, as they have already proven that they can take him out. Plus, what can Big Show really do with two fractured hands? Really? Suddenly, from behind them, the Big Show enters the ring and measures CM Punk. He turns around, but Joey Mercury dives in front of him and gets drilled with a Knockout Punch. Punk, Serena and Gallows escape as Mercury is laid out. We see Show clutch his right hand following the punch, the pain clear on his face. CM Punk's fear converts to a sadistic smile as he watches the giant suffer. Show screams that he will get him soon as we fade to a promo package.
✮We see a promo package for WWE Hell in a Cell, airing in nine days. We then cut to a commercial break.
COMMERCIAL BREAK
✮Backstage, we see Josh Mathews alongside Kaval to a pop. Mathews says he must feel great after defeating the Intercontinental Champion, Dolph Ziggler in his SmackDown debut. He says that it was amazing, and he looks to continue making an impact by defeating Del Rio next. He says that Rey Mysterio has been an idol in his life, and he would love to do him justice by defeating his Hell in a Cell opponent tonight. Kaval leaves and we fade to ringside.
Alberto Del Rio def. Kaval The Intercontinental Champion, Dolph Ziggler and Vickie Guerrero were by ringside for this one. This was an incredible match, and it can easily be seen that Kaval is a future Champion, no doubt about it. The two went head to head, back and forth the whole way. Towards the end, Kaval was looking promising, taking Del Rio to the limit. However, Ziggler's presence at ringside cost him as Kaval became distracted when Vickie Guerrero jumped onto the apron to argue with the referee. Ziggler smacked Kaval with the Championship and sent him to the canvas. Del Rio then locked in the Cross Armbreaker and Kaval tapped out.
✮Alberto Del Rio celebrated as Ziggler and Vickie left with smiles on their faces. Kaval rolled out of the ring, leaving Del Rio alone, but all of a sudden, Rey Mysterio appeared and dropkicks Del Rio in the back, sending him onto the middle rope. The crowd popped for a 619, and he went for it, but Del Rio fled before it could connect. Mysterio signaled that Del Rio's time will come at Hell in a Cell as we fade backstage.
✮We see a split screen of two teams walking down a corridor. On the left is the team of Christian and MVP, while on the other is Cody Rhodes and Drew McIntyre. We then fade to a commercial break.
COMMERCIAL BREAK
Cody Rhodes & Drew McIntyre def. Christian & MVP This was a pretty quick tag team match which mostly featured Cody Rhodes going against Christian. The match came to an end though when Rhodes and Christian brawled on the outside, and McIntyre was able to drop MVP with the Future Shock DDT for the victory.
✮Cody Rhodes and Drew McIntyre celebrated as Christian helped MVP out of the ring. We then fade backstage.
✮Josh Mathews is once again backstage, this time, with the self-proclaimed Co-Unified Divas Champions, LayCool. Mathews mentions how the title will be on the line at Hell in a Cell against Raw's Gail Kim, but he asks which one will be defending it. McCool says that they have officially been given a choice as to who will defend the belt, and they have mutually decided that it will be her who defends the gold in nine days time. Layla says that Michelle will beat Gail Kim and they will still be (in sync) FLAWLESS! They leave and we fade to ringside.
Michelle McCool def. Eve A regular divas match featuring Eve from Raw. McCool pretty much dominated the entire match, sending a solid message to Gail Kim. She finished Eve off after the Faithbreaker for the victory.
✮LayCool celebrated the victory, shining up their belts and jumping around like a pair of school girls. We then fade to a commercial break.
COMMERCIAL BREAK
✮Josh Mathews is yet again backstage, he is now alongside Kofi Kingston to a huge pop. Mathews mentions that Kingston must be annoyed at what happened at Night of Champions, and asks if he looks to get some payback tonight. Kingston says that Jack Swagger cost him his final chance at the Intercontinental Championship, and for that, he will pay. He says that Swagger needs to realize that there are other ways of making an impact, without been the bad guy. Kingston leaves and we fade to ringside.
Kofi Kingston def. Jack Swagger A good Main Event here, with both men getting a sufficient amount of offense in. The match started in the favor of Jack Swagger, showing us a new side of aggression, beating down on Kingston, but Kingston fought back in revenge, taking the fight to Swagger. The match spilled to the outside and the announce desk became included. Swagger smashed Kingston's skull off of it and rolled him back into the ring. The match was looking in Jack Swagger's favor as he lined Kingston up for a Gutwrench Powerbomb, but Kingston switched the hold into the S.O.S, dropping Swagger on his head and allowing Kingston to pick up the victory.
✮Kofi Kingston celebrated as Jack Swagger rolled out of the ring, holding the back of his head. He looked up in frustration at Kingston who did his 'Boom' taunt on the turnbuckle. Kingston pointed at Swagger and smiled, frustrating Swagger even more. We then fade to a video package.
✮We see a video package, recapping what happened at Night of Champions in the World Heavyweight Championship match. We then cut to a commercial break.
COMMERCIAL BREAK
✮The crowd erupt as the gong hits, the lights go out and the theme of The Undertaker follows. The smoke fills the arena floor and the lights go a dim blue as the eerie vision of Paul Bearer walks out holding the Urn. The Undertaker follows him and they eventually enter the ring after the spine-chilling entrance. Paul Bearer is handed a microphone and he begins to speak to the WWE Universe. He says that 'his' Undertaker has returned, and is now stronger than ever. Bearer says that Kane has underestimated the power of the Urn for long enough, and at Hell in a Cell, he and The Undertaker will do battle once more for the World Heavyweight Championship. He says that the match is made, and the two brothers will collide in a Hell in a Cell match to determine the ultimate brother of destruction. Bearer then hands the microphone to The Undertaker, and he speaks. He says that Kane may have escaped his fate this past Sunday, but inside Hell in a Cell, there is nowhere to run. He says that with Paul Bearer by his side once more, he will take back his 'holy grail' and put his demonic brother to rest once and for all inside the 'Devil's playground'. Before he can continue, there is a fiery pyro that explodes from the stage, and the theme of Kane hits and he walks out onto the stage and begins to speak. He says that if The Undertaker thinks that the return of Paul Bearer will stop save him from his inevitable fate, then he needs to think again. Kane tells Undertaker that no matter who he has on his side, he will always be the dominant brother, and he will destroy him once and for all. Kane then says "And if you want to start playing mind game, brother - let's play mind games..." Suddenly, a gong hits and the lights go out. A few seconds later, another gong hits and the lights return to see Kane clutching The Undertaker's throat. Paul Bearer looks on in horror as Kane Chokeslams The Undertaker to the canvas. Kane then turns to Bearer and slowly walks towards him, Bearer begging for mercy, but Kane grabs him. However, The Undertaker sits up to a massive pop from the crowd, gets to his feet and fends of the Big Red Monster, clotheslining him over the ropes and sending him into retreat. Paul Bearer and The Undertaker do their signature taunt as Kane looks on in anger from the stage. SmackDown then fades to a close.

-Mysterio vs. Del Rio has been highly anticipated. And I can find one good way for either way the result goes. -The Hart Dynasty over The Dudebusters was expected. Expecting a Triple Threat Tag Team Match for the Unified Title. -Punk over McGillicutty has been hyped up much too. Expecting maybe a dark match between the two at HIAC. -Good match between the future here. Del Rio winning over a man that resembles Mysterio is some interesting hype. Solid booking here. -Christian and MVP losing to McIntyre and Rhodes is interesting. Could maybe set up Fatal Four Way Tag Team Match. -Not sure about two matches in between one commercial break. Anyways, it had a realistic result. -Solid upper-mid card main event here. Wonder where both these guys go from here. -Great promo ending the show, hyping the rematch between Kane and Undertaker. Looking forward to that. -Good show; some good advancement towards Hell in a Cell.

EWRESTLINGNEWS.COM Reported by Ryan Clark
- There have been many conflicting rumours surrounding The Undertaker and Kane as of late. Suggestions that both men's careers are coming to an end shortly. Apparently, the WWE creative team have the entire story planned down to the last detail and are playing it very close to the chest to make sure it remains a secret. There is talk of Paul Bearer been brought in to further emphasise that this is the final showdown between these two brothers, whether or not this means one or the other will leave is unknown. Definitely keep a close eye on this one.
- It is expected that following Hell in a Cell, a small draft will take place to shuffle the rosters. With SmackDown moving to SyFy, the show will become much more of a priority than what it was before, and therefore they wish to re-shuffle to give a new dimension to the brand. One of the main drafts to SmackDown is likely to be Edge, especially after Raw this past Monday.
- Expect a match between the Big Show and CM Punk to be added to Hell in a Cell to conclude the feud between the two. It has also been spoke of that The Straight Edge Society are to be split soon, but again, that's just rumours and nothing is confirmed.

WWE SmackDown: Friday 24th Septemer 2010...April Lee beating Tiffany...no problem here, pretty nice decision to let Lee go over. Luke Gallows beating Chris Masters allows the Straight Edge Society to remain consistent; I like that as they should remain a faction for quite a while. Lacklustre part of Superstars to SmackDown this week though. Good promo to kick off with Alberto Del Rio basically setting up his match for Hell in a Cell with Rey Mysterio; couldn't understand why this actually didn't take place in real life though. The Hart Dynasty beating The Dudebusters is good; Curt Hawkins and Vance Archer again, not sold on whatsoever. Still hope that whomever takes the WWE Tag Team Championships next aren't Archer and Hawkins. Dolph Ziggler and Jack Swagger's segment...interesting, but more obvious backstep for Swagger from being World Heavyweight Champion. Michael McGillicutty's onscreen burial has been so visible and harming to the young guy's persona, but it's awfully realistic and I love the involvement of him in CM Punk's attempt at recruitment; the betrayal and the Society's revenge. Of course, linking to Big Show after the Society again. I expect next week to see McGillicutty and Show face Punk and Gallows - the start of McGillicutty's rise. Alberto Del Rio beating Kaval is nice; a good win for Del Rio and I like how Dolph is content on holding down Kaval too. I just hope Kaval isn't miraculously made WWE Intercontinental Champion. Cody Rhodes and Drew McIntyre...meh, please don't let them permanently team. Christian and MVP nee to get their mojo working. SmackDown's undercard is so choc full of talent, yet at the same time so dull; you need more interesting scenarios. Michelle McCool beating Eve...preparing for Gail Kim at Hell in a Cell. Kofi Kingston beating Jack Swagger is fine, a good match here. Lastly, The Undertaker and Kane's promo would have been especially fantastic if on next week, and amazing ending to the show. A good show with some nice direction, just wondering what's next. There is a few improvements to make.
