I still do NOT see the "rip off" other than the base part of both groups being "BFF's" and "stuck up". Because THIS: Does NOT equal THIS: TBP confuse me. Are we suppose to tip them dollars or pay the entire $150 for an hour? |

The only thing they have in common is that they are both groups of 2 hot chicks. (and just for the record, Angelina Love is not a very hot chick imo). 1 team are skanks, the other is not.
LayCool are much better characters than The Beautiful People in my opinion.

The only thing they have in common is that they are both groups of 2 hot chicks. (and just for the record, Angelina Love is not a very hot chick imo). 1 team are skanks, the other is not. LayCool are much better characters than The Beautiful People in my opinion. Exactly. TBP run around just being whores pretty much, (no offense, ltd) and LayCool act like theyre perfect and just better than everyone else. Its like Star Wars and Star Trek. Yeah, theyre both in space, but theyre very different. |

I have never understood how LayCool are copying TBP... They are both heel tag teams consistent of Divas/Knockouts. That is about the only similarity... With this same way of thinking, you could say this about a number of tag teams... IE The Motor City Machine Guns copied the Hooliganz who copied the Rockers because they are/were fan favorites, high flyers, and a tag team. It's just a similarity. If LayCool came out and starting "curing the world one ugly person at a time," it'd be a different story. Just a thought. |

Personally, I love that a lot times when I defend Lay-Cool, it can't be because I'm a fan of theirs, or because I disagree ENTIRELY with what the other person is saying - it's because I find them attractive, and that is the "only" reason I defend them. I also like the, "well if WWE wasn't PG Lay-Cool would slut it up too" argument. Seriously, the thread on the TNA board is making my head hurt. I've been asking for a well thought out and well written argument of just how in the world Lay-Cool has ripped off TBP, and no one has ever provided it. It seems like once a month this crap is brought up, and I ask the same thing, and no one provides it. |
