If it wasn't for "two-part shows" I'd never get a show finished! Don't sweat it!
I liked the Windham-Austin match-up. I always expect to see Austin win now (talk about conditioned!) so seeing him lose was a surprise! I like the "Heenan Family" you have going there, the Arn-Tully split seems weird, but in a good way. Definitely an interesting dynamic! So the Horsemen are the faces here? Interesting...
I enjoy the banter between Paul E. (good custom!) and Matty. Nothing makes me skip reading dialogue more than wooden play-by-play, but you have a ton of excitement and so good jabs from the commentary team. Also, you seem to be moving away from 'text typing' (lol) so old farts like me can appreciate that!!
I really liked the Tiger Mask/Dynamite Kid match up. Tons of high impact moves, near-falls and reversals! Glad to see Mr. Billington win this one! I also liked the attention to detail from the "Japanese contingency" to the respectful bowing at the end!
Damn that Rick Rude!!
Can't wait for part 2!!

Great first part your pic fedding has improved since you first started.
Watch out for your arms in pics. The ref s hands, keep the action in the center. Get your lighting up a little bit as well.
I would also watch out for the refs hands in pics. Make sure only what you need in the shot, is in the shot.

Loved it Matty Mo! I especially liked the Dynamite and Tiger match, great moveset you used. Your arena looks better too and I enjoyed Paul e as well. Cant wait for part two.

The Freebirds and Lawler align, I don't like what this means for the CWA. I guess Michael Hayes has forgiven Lawler for burning his hair all those years ago in Memphis.
What a match between Austin and Windham, I thought for sure Stunning Steve had it with the Stun Gun but big Barry is just so damn hard to put away and Heenan just found himself in the wrong place at the wrong time. Shouldn't get involved.
Holy Smokes!! Brian Pillman is the 4th Horseman?? That is incredible, and a great choice for the group, now you've got the big man in Windham, the enforcer in Anderson, the high flyer in Pillman and of course the leader returning.
I love this Horsemen/Heenan feud. But what is this surprise he's barking about?
Dynamite Kid vs Tiger Mask
Just unbelieveable, that was such an enjoyable match to watch. Absolutely incredible! Dynamite and Tiger Mask trading high impact moves, near falls and great technical wrestling. Dynamite manages to kick from a Tiger bomb and still has the ability to hit the flying headbutt, now thats how ya get a champion over!
Damn that Rick Rude, he had to come in and ruin the moment.

Great stuff so far. I too enjoyed the Windham-Austin stuff and can't wait to see the second part. I'm sure it'll only get better from here.

Seems like forever since I watched a CWA show. Wow, what an improvement. Pics are nice and clear, website is crisp...now to the action: Good match with Windham and Austin. Love how the stables are different then say the regular NWA stables like the horseman...provides some originality. Pillman! Yes! That TV match was AMAZING! Loved the international flavor and the fact that Tiger mask had a title...made it seem really big. I'm gonna nominate this as a match of the year candidate. Great pose work! Ummm am I missing part 2?  |

So far solid show.
Promo had some weird spelling and grammar things but i knew what you were trying to say.
I dig the Heenan Family. Huge Rude mark so him coiming in at the end of Mask and Kid was great!
Love that Arn and Tully are in opposite stables.
The austin match was solid.
I liked Mask vs. Kid - it was a solid bout.
can't wait for the end. i did tell myself i would only reply to completed shows from now on because i hate waiting but glad i tuned into this part so far! good work.

fantastic show as always! love it all but a couple parts really stood out for me... the lawler / freebirds alliance, the match with austin and barry... and my very top favorite arn vs race....truely vintage man... 10/10  |

Great show dude. I loved all the wrestling action, but Dynamite/Tiger Mask blew the other matches away.
Your arena looks really good, and I can't wait to see what comes of Lawler's alliance with the Birds.

Wow, just wow...that Dynamite Kid/Tiger Mask match was possibly one of the finest pic fed matches I've ever seen. I got so into it, the poses were so good, it could have been a real match. The Freebirds/Lawler alliance is really intriguing, and I like Duthty getting involved. The Hot Rod will be a good signing too, you're bursting with some of the best characters in classic wrestling here. I'm not sure what the deal with Bad News is so I'm interested to see where that goes. Good title defense from Harley.
Overall, I really enjoyed the show. The only criticism I can think of is working on your spelling and grammar, but apart from that the show is very good.

Don't know how I managed to miss this thread, anyway, liking the arena as it's nice clean and simple. Don't really know a lot about classic wrestling so bear with me throughout this reply, haha. Liked the first part going into the match as it established the heels / faces. Not so keen on Perfect picking up the win like that, would of proffered Rick fighting him off for a bit until Perfect got the win.
Second match is looking real good, you really have that classic feel to this fed, the poses are good for the most part I would just suggest making sure the entire figure is in the picture instead of having parts out of the frame. Some string for some of the poses would be good, too. The second match was good, gotta say your pacing is really good man. ---will edit

Yes CWA is back and boy did it not dissappoint. Windham vs Austin was very cleverly put togetheir. Dynamite vs Tiger was the best match I've ever seen from you and is a obvious candidate for MOTY. The poses were so clean and it amazes me how much you get done with out string. Great event.

You can feel the intensity from that promo, he wants Lawler.
The Birds and Lawler together is just totally scary, with those three together who in the world can't they take out. Hayes and Lawler are two of the sneakiest in the business and Gordy is a monster.
Rowdy Roddy Piper!! Awesome, great to see Hot Rod in the CWA, so many good opponents for him there and did he ever get Dangerously good!
Arn Anderson vs Harley Race
This is a match I've been excited about since you announced it was going to happen. Anderson is smart and dangerous veteran for Harley's first title defence but Race seems to be out thinking him and catching him on every mistake he makes....
SPINEBUSTER! turns the tide but no ref for the count...
Ghetto Blaster from Bad News Allen??? Where in the world did he come from???
Piledriver and forget about it but what a match, back and forth. Great old school matchup, both had their big moments but Harley Race is still TWA World Heavyweight Champion.
Handshake??....You guys??....Who in the world is coming to CWA??
All in all just a great show CWA Saturday Night 8 was a huge success, great booking, the matches were fantastic and everything segment tells a story. Great work!

Finally this crap loads!  Seems like Lawler and The Birds are a lil upset about losing their world status. Cant wait to see where that leads. -Ahh a Perfect opener.....Well Fack, that didnt take long to find out where that lead to. Rick never had a chance after that beat down. I sure hope he gets some help to watch his back soon. -The Horsemen are getting stronger. Excellent match with Austin-Windham but the best part is bringing in Pillman to be the 4th...er well 3rd member. We all know who the 4th is though right?..right? Bring on The Nature Boy.......Buddy Landell! Alright Im back... Awesome match between Dynamite and Tiger Mask. Already saw it up for Match of the Year so I wont bother mentioning it in the thread but will def be voting for it. Dusty Rhodes bein da Bull uh da Wuds.......well was until the Birds and King got there. PIPER!!!!! Piper for CWA Champ.....Make it happen.
