I knew that was going to happen. It is why I added the second sentence. If we are going to disqualify someone because while they are good, the team they play on is usually bad, then Vick can get the MVP award by himself because he has been a hell of a lot more exciting than Brady has been. |

God a Rams/Chiefs Superbowl would be THE WORST!!!! I'm hoping for a Bears/Chiefs Superbowl, but only because one of my best buddies is a Chiefs fan and I'd be happy for him (and for the Bears)...

Just wanted to say that Tom Brady WILL win the MVP award. There won't be a co-MVP thing, Brady pretty much has had it sealed up....End of story.

All I'm saying is at the end of the day, when all the stats are calculated...if you are right up there with Tom Brady, and Tom Brady is getting MVP talk, why shouldn't the No. 2? Because Brady is better in every way. I understand that Cassel has stats that resemble Brady's, but they're not as good, his team isn't as good, and he doesn't have the track record to prove that he is as good. Mike Vick is getting the hype because of the unique way he does things. His rushing numbers alone are excellent. I'm not discounting Brady's numbers of how good he is. I'm simply saying Cassell should be in the talks, especially considering how bad his team is without him. Vick is in the talks for the reasons you mentioned. But when he was out, Kevin Kolb did just fine. |

If Brady and Vick are awarded co-MVPs this year, then I'd question why Manning and Brees didn't get the same thing last year.

SAINTS WIN! YES! Both teams had a great chance to win, but I honestly can't stand the Falcons even more after Roddy White talked all that trash and they lose. Falcons are a great team though, can't take that away from them. Now the Saints must count on Caralina... . |
