I've got an autographed 8x10 on my wall of Dodge who wrote "DREAM BIG!!!" after it and Coughlin also signed it.... any Eagles fan who would like to take this off my hands, this is the one autograph I will give away for money.

well the dream of being wf fantasy champ is over . It makes me feel a little better knowing that even if I had put in the better bench players, I still would not have been able to outscore Jamal. Good game. Also, Kliquid maybe I should have done that Vick/White trade. White was absolute TRASH down the stretch. At the time I just didn't think Vick would keep it up and White was my only solid WR. Oh well.

HELL of a weekend in football. Games that went back and forth, last second scoring wins, last second defensive stops and a QB who lit it up in his first NFL start on the road against the best team in the league. If you love great football.......today was a great day to watch it.

apparently judging by the first half they had already learned, they had just forgotten by then... or maybe it was the rookie punter? Like I said, we needed the Jets sideline for that one. The punter made a mistake...absolutely. But they were up 21 with 7mins. to go. MAKE A TACKLE! Take a pot shot at my team. I agree with you. What our coach did was classless. Absolutely classless. But your defense blew a 21 point lead. I dont care what you did in the first half. CHOKE. Although, I'll say this. Congrats to the Oakland Raiders. They still have to win one more game to have at least an 8-8 season, but by winning today, this is the first time in 7 years they haven't lost 10 or more games in a season. May not seem like a lot, but it's certainly a respectable feat in my opinion. Meh....Oakland is still a hell hole. They played in the West and that division wasnt all that great. Credit to them for getting some decent wins and being a better team than last year. But playing the Broncos twice help pad those wins.Don't blame us for dominating our Division regardless of who is in it, we had a fantastic year and gained the respect of many people aswell as found an indentity for the first time since 2002. This team has come a LONG way this season and started giving some glimmer of hope for the future. Regardless of the final 2 games, i am proud of this team and i always knew they would be much better this year not to mention we have one of the best rushing games in the NFL. So yeah, this is no Hell Hole Nostradamus... Re: Official 2010 NFL Offseason Thread « Reply #1790 on Aug 3, 2010, 2:59pm »What are you looking forward too? Another top 10 pick in the NFL draft? I know a lot of people are picking the Raiders to be as good as 8-8.....or in the 6 or 7 wins category, but I dont see it. 4 or 5 max. ] I don't see it either.

I give you props for the superior division record. You definitely owned the AFC West, but outside of it you're 2-7. Too bad you don't have a realistic shot at a playoff berth. I'm still mad about losing that game in Oakland, where we had 506 yards of offense.

Honestly if we had consistent play we may have had a shot, now its gonna take 2 wins and a Chargers loss....
Lets just say the Chargers losing one of those final games is very unlikely and next week against the Colts will show exactly how much heart this team has, they either will win or get killed.

I'm going to the Bears game tonight. I am a bit bummed about the stadium change.

Hey I feel pretty good about my prediction. If not a winning record, they still could end up .500.

Unless Brady collapses, the MVP's his. You know this already.

I think Brady wins it regardless, and I think some voters are not gonna vote for Vick and vote for Brady because of Vick's past.
Not fair and not the best way to vote, but welcome to society.

Well the best he can do is co-MVP, because of the QB with the hair.

A Mike Vick / Tom Brady co-MVP would warm my soul.

Pretty much. It sucks Vick's going to definately lose votes for that reason...if you go by his play alone...he's rivaled and really only been a half step behind Brady this year. Don't get me wrong, I hate what Vick did and have very little respect for him personally...but as a player...damn.
