TONIGHT! Shocked no one has been talking about this. It's a free card on Spike with a pretty good main event. UFC FIGHT NIGHT "MARQUARDT VS. PALHARES", 9/15/2010 (Spike TV/ESPN-UK) Frank Erwin Center, Austin TX1. Welterweight bout: Brian Foster vs. Forrest Petz 2. Welterweight bout: Anthony Waldburger vs. David Mitchell 3. Middleweight bout: Rich Attonito vs. Rafael Natal 4. Middleweight bout: Tomasz Drwal vs. Dave Branch 5. Light Heavyweight bout: Jared Hamman vs. Kyle Kingsbury6. Lightweight bout: Yves Edwards vs. John Gunderson 7. Lightweight bout: Ross Pearson vs. Cole Miller8. Lightweight bout: Jim Miller vs. Gleison Tibau9. Catchweight (159lbs) bout: Efrain Escudero vs. Charles Oliveira10. Middleweight bout: Nate Marquardt vs. Rousimar Palhares
The main event is a pretty hard one for me to choose, since both guys are pretty tough. I don't think Marquardt will be able to finish Palhares, but I think he'll win a pretty fun decision. Palhares is pretty tough and he always goes to finish guys with submissions. He has a great chin (as seen in the Dan Henderson fight) and is pretty fast with his takedowns, but I think Nate will try to keep it on the feet as long as he can.

UFC almost always puts on a great Fight Night to lead in to TUF, I'm looking forward to this one. I agree that Marquardt will likely take the decision in what should be a good fight, but I honestly believe that Palhares may pull something out of nowhere and submit him in Round 1. Should be a good night of fights.

I actually HOPE Palhares wins, but Marquardt has pretty good submission defense and will be able to avoid those submissions.

I'm interested in seeing if Oliviera can repeat what he did in his debut. He has amazing BJJ techniques and I'm hoping that he's not just a fluke. I think the FOTN honors are going to go to the Cole Miller/Ross Pearson fight.....that fight is gonna be legendary!

I was actually wondering why no one here was talking about this, I was coming on to make the tread LOL. Anyway my picks are the same a James except I got Escudero and Palhares winning! Two of my favorite fighters here, I hope Escudero just pulls out the win, he really need to to watch out if the fight hits the ground, and I wanna see Palhares rip Nate's leg off, I can't stand him! Perfect night of fights for me, and right after we get a new season of TUF which I'm kinda excited for plus Ultimate Gracie after.

Ross Pearson was doing well but one punch can change a fight, great victory for Cole Miller.

He's like the most down to earth, nicest fighter in the UFC.

Efrain just accidently smacked the ref in the face on the high five attempt, hahah.
I still don't like him. I think he thinks he is better than he really is. He is cocky and I'm not sure where it comes from. His motions and faces give off the impression that he is tooling people when they are standing, and that's not usually the case.
