I'm 15 - 118lbs - And I Eat Like Elvis Presley in his later years and i do Judo which would be considered a form of Exercise so i would say this is a load of poop

I lost 5 stone and im willing to say that this study is bull, sure i cut down food wise, but weight loss is as simple as burning off more than you take in, exercise does help you burn more, but its common sense that it works best when combined with dietry changes.

ok so this proved that eating ice cream for every meal of the day and exercising wont let you lose weight? wow uhh i think everyone knew that already. you cant eat high sugar and fatty foods all day and expect just some exercising will let you lose weight. to lose weight you have to burn off more calories then your putting in. eating healthy AND exercising = losing weight. not just one. -ash
