I've seen all of these movies, and when the previews come out I'm really excited, until I remember that they ride around on brooms and use magic wands. That has always made it kind of silly to me.
I do want to say however, that Alan Rickman's performances in this series as Snape have been absolutely incredible. He's by far the highlight of the movies to me.

I saw it, but I really dont care. I'm excited as hell for the movie but the trailer doesnt help. The trailer posted is one of those one's that show so many things in so little times it was like WTF did I just watch? Im just gonna keep my excitement until I can go to the midnight showing. But Ill be honest, I kind of ed myself over earlier today. I went to Wiki earlier to find out the release date, and a link to another page caught my eye, and proceded to ruin a big ass part of the movie im sure, because it had it's own section. damnitttt..

how can is ruin the movie....if a excrement load of people have read the book and know exactly what happens I didnt say the trailer ruins the movie, I said it doesnt do much for my excitment. And sure, a sh*tload of people have read the book, but im not one of them. I dont know of a single thing thats going to happen in these next two movies, besides what I found out earlier, but it was only a plot detail, it wasnt the ending or anything.

I haven't read the books either and I have no idea how the series ends. I've only read part of the first book, and that was the first one -- my parents owned a bookstore around the time the first book was released and my mom said "Hey you should check this out, I think it might be big someday!" I read like 3 pages and decided it wasn't for me. But the movies have been entertaining.

I am so excited for this movie, I have loved, and continue watching all the previous ones.
Does anyone think it will be annoying to have to rewatch the 1st part, just to watch the second?

I read like 3 pages and decided it wasn't for me. But the movies have been entertaining. Exactly. its kind of ignorant to assume everyone going to see the movie knows the ending, because the books and movies are completley separate, and I'd say there's just as many movie fans who dont know what will happen, as there are book fans who do know. I am so excited for this movie, I have loved, and continue watching all the previous ones. Does anyone think it will be annoying to have to rewatch the 1st part, just to watch the second? It depends. First off, I plan on watching every preceding movie leading up to the Part 1 release date, just to be fully into that Potter mind-set, and so im all caught up so if they reference something from a past movie, I know what theyre talking about (it REALLY helped for Toy Story 3..). But I dont think ill HAVE to rewatch Part 1 to watch Part 2, but since I know theyll for sure have Part 1 in theaters still when Part 2 comes out, I may just watch it again to stay caught up.

I'll check it out. It looks a lot better than the last one, which I'd argue could have been the worst one.

I thought half blood prince was the best one and order of the phoenix was the worst by far.

Jizzed. In my pants. Cannot wait for this.
My basic reaction to all the Harry Potter moves at the 0:43 mark:

i am so confused about the continuity of harry potter, and i don't care enough to straighten it out, so i guess i'll always be out of the loop.
