You guys can't talk about a TNA match in the WWE forums. 2 more posts before that backfires Slappy, I'm sorry that you missed the Rockers actually. But like me, you would have hated Shawn Michaels for years and years and YEARS (like I did) because of what he did to his tag team partner. I stopped watching WWE not long after that happened. For the most part, I love bad guys. So to see Shawn throw Marty threw the window, I probably would have marked out so hard and became Shawn's biggest fan. You liked bad guys? how could you like bad guys as a kid? They're bad guys! But if you knew how cool they were, and how cool Marty was to watch as well as Shawn Michaels, it'd be a heart breaking moment for you as a kid. But just incase, WWE fans might not want to watch an re-live this memory...there's blood, and we all know that isn't allowed in WWE anymore

Well, there was WCW, which gained popularity, and was watched more then Shawn Michaels entire main event run in WWE ;D

You know what, I'm sad we didn't get to see some matches, like Shawn Michaels vs. CM Punk in a singles contest. And I miss the hell out of him and I know he had many good matches left in him.
That said, I hope he doesn't come back to wrestle. His departure and last match was too perfect.

Well, there was WCW, which gained popularity, and was watched more then Shawn Michaels entire main event run in WWE ;D That's because it was WCW circa 1996-1998, a.k.a. WCW when it was good. Not 1999-2000 WCW.

Not 1999-2000 WCW. Which is why I was mostly comparing it to when Shawn Michaels was champ, not the ending years.

When had to leave in 98 I was upset and wanted him back. Then he came back in 02 I was happy. IMO he made up for missing the Attitude era.So now after all that he did I'm glad he gone.

His retirement caught me off guard because it was so abrupt, but Im glad hes happy with his career and has his health to show for it. We will defiantly hear this theme again probably next year when he becomes a GM or a special referee, theres so many possibilities.
