Ok, here's the situation. I pre-ordered Legends 3 minus Duggan back in September, along with some other figures. I also ordered the SDCC Undertaker, which then was on back-order until Late October.
I logged onto RSC and I saw where the SDCC Undertaker was in stock now, and Legends 3 is now on back-order til November.
Does this mean that my order will ship now since SDCC Undertaker is in-stock, and I pre-ordered Legends 3?
Or does that mean that I'll have to wait until November since Legends 3 is on back-order.
If anyone has any information about this I'd greatly appreciate it.

U could have just sent them a msg directly. I didn't want to wait until tomorrow. I figured I could get a quick answer on here. I am completely aware I could have sent them an email, but it would be tomorrow until I got an answer. Excuse me for asking a question to the WFIGS Members. |

your going to have to wait until NOV. RSC clearly says that So If I already pre-ordered them, why didn't I have a set put back for me? That's kind've ridiculous. I waited for the pre-order item to come in stock. That was the SDCC Taker. When it came in stock, it should have shipped. |

Good luck getting any help from RSC I place an order 2 weeks ago and finally got the 1 figure I ordered yesterday. I got my order confirm, and they took the money but my order was never entered into the computer, so I waited and when nothing came and I never got a shipping confirm I emailed.
After all the trouble I had to go through and all the BS I dealt with I get my figure but I didn't get a coupon or anything for my trouble to try to keep my business. Their $h!t is overpriced and I am better off just waiting to get it when it finally hits the stores. I am quite possibly done with RSC cause the BS I went through to get 1 figure.

This is just how RSC does things, which is one of a few reasons why I stopped pre-ordering from them (getting damaged figures was another reason). They charge you immediately for pre-orders, which is ridiculous, and yet still treat their items as "first come,first serve" if any part of your purchase is delayed. If you want to have a good shopping experience with RSC, you'd be wise to follow a few rules. 1-NEVER pre-order multiple items if they're coming out at separate times. 2-If you're a MOC collector, ALWAYS send them an email after placing an order to let them so. I think they upgrade your order to "MMOC" or something to that extent, and at least try to give you undamaged figures. 3-Be absolutely sure you want to pre-order something from them in advance, cause they don't offer cash refunds after a certain amount of time. I think after 2-3 months, sales are final and they will only give you store credit. |

I'm just guessing here, but I would think that if you preordered the Legends Series 3 & the SDCC Taker together that when they got Series 3 in if your order of Series 3 was placed in time to be filled by the first shipment they would hold your set until the Taker came in. So I would think they would be filling it now, but again that is just what I would think they do.

So I would think they would be filling it now, but again that is just what I would think they do. That's what I assumed as well. But, I just talked to a RSC Sales Rep. on their Live Chat on the site. He said that when I ordered that the Rock was already on back-order along with the Taker. So, now that the Rock has been pushed back even further, I'll have to wait even longer for my figures.  Kind've aggravated, but I guess it's not their fault if I ordered it on back-order. I suppose I just forgot I did. Oh well, I don't know when I'll get them. I ordered them for my birthday, and my birthday is on Monday. Doesn't look like I'll be getting them for it. Thanks for the response, PJ. |
