Dont really feel like looking up the songs but Shoes by Eagles and Razor Ramon theme have similar beats.

^ beat me to Come as You Are  Always my first thought when it comes to ripoff themes. Tommy Dreamer's WWE theme was a ripoff of his ECW theme, "Man in the Box" |

This thread could go on for days.... all four or five of the guys that compose wrestlers' songs take cues from other popular music.
WCW had:
* Jeff Jarrett using Kid Rock's "Cowboy"
* Chris Jericho using Pearl Jam's "Evenflow"
* DDP using Nirvana's "Smells Like Teen Spirit"
* The Outsiders using Seal's "Crazy"
* Raven using Nirvana's "Come As You Are"
* Saturn used Marilyn Manson's "Beautiful People".
* Lance Storm used a takeoff of the ECW Theme
None of those were the actual songs, of course, but they were close enough that you knew what they were supposed to be.
TNA has had a LOT of them.
* Monty Brown - Disturbed's "Down with the Sickness"
* Christian used a copy of Evanescence's "One Last Breath"
* Christopher Daniels used Marilyn Manson's "Disposable Teens"
* James Storm's theme pretty much IS Shooter Jennings "Electric Rodeo"
* Shane Douglas used a rip of "Perfect Strangers" by Deep Purple
* MCMG's theme is Bang Bang's "1977".
* Beautiful People's theme draws some inspriation from Mickey Avalon's "My D**k
* Hogan, "The Band" and Bischoff's themes are takeoffs of the music they used in WCW
WWE doesn't do it quite as often.. but a few notables...
* Razor Ramon - The Eagles "These Shoes"
* Victoria used a takeoff on t.A.T.u's "All the Things She Said"
I'm sure there's more.. but there's a few starters. The most obvious three, for me, are WWE's Razor Ramon song against The Eagles "These Shoes", DDP's WCW Theme against Nirvana's "Smells Like Teen Spirit", and James Storm's TNA theme against Shooter Jennings "Electric Rodeo". All pretty much as close as they can get!

yeah the vast majority of un-generic sounding TNA and WCW themes all came and come from existing songs. ECW just used the actual songs themselves.

Im surprised that nobody has mentioned how the nWo theme is basically a collection of a bunch of Hendrix songs mixed together. You can clearly hear at least 3 of them in the theme.

Muto's new theme is definitely either a rip-off of Shiga's theme or completely coincidental. But they sound a lot alike.
