They were rumored to be looking at Jake Voskuhl. For 8-10 min a night .. I'm all for it. I'd lol at Jake Voskuhl at this point but Phil Jackson has made Luc Longley and Bill Wennington look decent.

Would Voskuhl be any better than Caracter? He'd be decent, but I think there'd be no difference really.

Knicks win 7 of their last 8. Amare had 35, had 37 in the last game and 15 rebounds with 7 assists.
Gotta love Amare this season;
24 PPG 8.6 rebounds 2.1 blocks 2.3 assists getting his average up to about 1 steal a game in November. 56% from 3 point on 5-9 shooting.

The more I look at that list, it's by no means weak at all. Miller, Mullen, Rodman, Mark Jackson, Rudy T, Mo Cheeks, Tex Winter (made the triangle offense), even Bavetta is a nice potential addition.

WOW this is the truest commercial Nike could ever put out. I saw this on a friends FB. Im pretty sure its just a mash up between LeBron's commercial and a few older MJ Commercials....either way its bad freaking ass

Kobe is shooting pretty poorly for him and is also turning the ball over a lot. His 3 point shooting has also been pretty piss poor.
Odom and Gasol have been great but yea your help in the middle of the bench is atrocious.

I haven't really had many chances to watch the Lakers this year so I can't give my opinion on Kobe's overall play but I'm sure defensively he is still great and his spacing is no doubt helping Gasol and Odom's great play. He'll start shooting better and all will be normal.
But ever since the finger healed funny, I can't help but wonder if he has showed the initial signs of turning the corner...
then he'll go drop 35, 7, 7 and 2 and hit the game winner on top of it and I'll just think it's typical hot/cold shooting. He has been a hot/cold guy his entire career. In last year's playoffs and this year's season he's been more team oriented than I've ever seen though, and it's really shown in their results.
He's obviously nasty when the game naturally comes to him through their play 5 on 5.

LeBron's first game back in Cleveland and I'm going to miss it due to school To be honest, I'm more interested in the reaction towards LeBron than the actual game.

Yeah, I am just hoping there are deafening boos the entire game.
Joe Johnson is going to be the death of this team.

Part of me wants to see LeBron drop 68 and laugh at the fans. Part of me wants to see him score 3 and the Heat get dominated. Then again part of me wants LeBron to fake an injury so all those Cleveland fans spent all that money and he wont even be there....That would be priceless

I am still just reveling in the fact that finally the rest of the world has finally caught up to me in realizing what a ginormous douchebag Lebron is.
I'm sure he'll get fired up and go of for 70 points and a quadruple double, because that's my luck, but I sure hope he sucks big time and they lose.

Yea but at this time last year the guy hadn't really done anything wrong. You were mad about his tattoo and stuff, not this crap Pat Riley apparently brainwashed him into. When it comes down to it people are mad at him for Summer 2010, not the stuff from before that. He was one of the most loved athletes. The best thing Cleveland fans could do would be to not show up at all.
