When you go to bed remember to set your clock back an hour.

Thanks for the reminder. Most of my clocks are digital so they should do it by themselves. Glad we get more sleep though although the concept is a little confusing to me..

Honestly the clocks should change between Sunday and Monday, so workers and students get a well deserved extra hour of sleep, being 15 I definitely don't need an extra hour of sleep on a sunday.

I think it is Saturday going on Sunday so it gives people more time to adjust to the time change. What if you set your alarm and don't set your clock back, you could be late to work/school.

I guess I could see the alarm thing being an issue, but if you can't easily adjust to an hour time difference, then something isn't right. Most people can go from New York to California and barely be affected by a 3 hour time difference.
