Hello there,
Quick question.. How do you inform Ringside that you would like an action figure to arrive MINT? Without any bumps and bruises on the box?
Say I'd like to order a Legends figure but don't want it all damaged?
Thanks in advance!

They will come like that, the only way it can get bruised or damaged is if you order it like that so it cost less.

I wish I had an answer to that. I ordered a 1/1000 Christian today so I'm pretty curious myself tbh.

Contact them thru their website and ask them to keep it MINT. I haven't done it myself, but I've heard of others asking them.

Yeah, if you go on the site and click on the lady on the computer everything will be okay. If you ask of course. Good luck!

If you want an order to be Mint On Mint Card you need to email them at cs@ringsidecollectibles.net asking for it to be that way and for them to use extra care packing.

I've never had an issue with RSC shipping

Once I ordered about 3 figures, they arrived via ups, the box they were in was in excellent condition, but when I opened it up all 3 figs carding was all bent, crumpled, and disgusting. I belive it was 3 elimination chamber cenas. I only wanted one moc for display. So I contacted RSC and said I was dissappointed in the cards, (first time this has happened btw) and they told me that they only promise mint figures, not mint cards. But the customer service guy said if you email them before hand and request mint boxes they will try to help you out.
