Hey guys -
Has anyone seen or heard anything about a new (fourth) series of Entrance Greats figures? I just wondered because I haven't heard anything for a while... and the forthcoming Defining Moments series has a similar look - will it be replacing the EG line?
Cheers.

I think they are done and being replaced with Defining Moments.

I hope there will be but I am sure Defining Moments will replace Entrance Greats next year.

Mattel reps said that they're ending the line and replacing it with Defining Moments.

Ah, that's what I thought... kind of makes sense. Will the new Defining Moments be in basic or Elite style?
Cheers.

This sucks alot, I love being able to play the theme of the figure. with so many great themes left that I want to see im kinda disappointed. Like Austin, Hart, warrior etc
Wonder if its worth buying some more EGs up then?

I'd prefer the Def. Mom. any day of the week over EG since they're Elite and more unique and nicer looking.

Yeah but Defining Moments are way more expensive just for the nicer and bulker packaging.
DM doesn't have the music bases too, just a gold base.

Actually defining moments will cost exactly the same as entrance greats according to what bill told me at ringside fest.

They are a mess in stores. I still see series 1 in stores shelf warming. They should of never released these in stores. No parent/kid is going to spend 20$ on a figure b/c the base plays 30 seconds if that of music and a t shirt when there are perfectly good figures right next to it for 10 and 15$ each. I think the first series of defining will sell b/c its coming out at Christmas time but after that i think you have another shelf warmer.
