How do I e-mail them? I went to their website and didn't find an e-mail address for them.
I bought the EG Dibiase and the stand won't play the music. I figured maybe it was the batteries so I didn't think much of it and bought it.
I got home, opened it up and replaced it with new batteries and it still doesn't work. I put the new batteries in another stand and it plays the music just fine. I put the Dibiase batteries in another stand and those don't work at all.

You have to email their UK email. They will probably give you trouble at first and tell you to call but if you insist you just want to speak to someone through email they will report you to the mattel US offices.

Just call them. They'll probably send you a replacement part or a voucher for the money you spent.
