MAN; I HAD A BLAST AT THE SHOW TONIGHT!!! I gotta say that was the best LIVE event I've been too; even better than a WWE event! I got into an altercation with Devon. I told him he sucked to his face; then he got into my face and wanted me to jump the baracade, so he could hit me...Duh; do I have STUPID written on my forehead?!?!? I aint doing that! Man; my adrenaline was pumping when he got into my face!!!! It was a good 5 minute altercation. Anyway...Kurt Angle was signing autographs and taking pics of him and his belts; though I didnt get one (cause they were $20; I had already spent my cash on beer and a t-shirt), but I did get E.Y.'s autograph and a pic, I also got J.B.'s autograph. I used my ticked for autographs; since I forgot to pick up an official TNA autograph sheet.
Like I said I had a BLAST!! During Kurt Angle's match with Christian; people were chanting "CENA SUCKS". Kurt liked it so well, after the match Kurt got people chanting "TNA", but then later on he said I like that "Cena Sucks" chant better, so that's what we chanted til the end of the show. We also chanted "Please Come Back"; after they heard that Kurt and JB said; that they definetly will be back to DM. He liked coming to IOWA because of the big wrestling background we have in the state. Both Dan Gable, and Cale Sanderson (Gold Medal Winners) went to Iowa State, and coached University of Iowa Wrestling to several championships.

That would be cool to see. I did see Cale at a WWE RAW event a few years ago, and Ric Flair actually pointed him out in the crowd. Cale is now the Coach at Iowa State.

I didnt realize there were any other Iowans here on WF. You live in the Des Moines area ?

It was a pretty tight set up, but it worked really well I thought. The tight atmosphere made for a great show that the crowd was into all night long.

I didnt realize there were any other Iowans here on WF. You live in the Des Moines area ? So you saw Devon get into my face? Did you have ticket issues, as many did that night? Yeah; I live in Pleasant Hill. To answer Cammi Oh; It was awesome. A good two hr show. Jeremy Borash was the announcer. The wrestlers that were there were; Black Machismo, Petey Williams, Robert Roode and Ms. Brookes, E.Y., LAX, 3D, Tomko, Abyss, Jackie Moore, Gail Kim, Chris Harris, James Storm, Christian, and Kurt Angle. LAX, E.Y., J.B., and Kurt Angle all signed autographs, but like I said a pic with Kurt in the ring and his autograph cost $20; which is a deal, but I ran out of may allowed spending money (my wife was with me..LOL!), so I wasnt able to get to meet Kurt. Eventhough this was no big spectacle like WWE televised shows; I would definetly go again if they came back. I think it was way better than a non-televised WWE event. TNA gets involved with the crowd, and makes the crowd part of the action. Totally worth the money!!! I do think this was a test market to see how many people would come to the show; thats why they went to a smaller venue like the Val Air Ballroom. Im thinking next time they may be in a nicer, and bigger facility like Hy-Vee Hall in the Iowa Events Center, or Vets Auditorium, or maybe they could have a PPV at Wells Fargo Arena!
