There are a few things that have been bugging me lately one of them being this new 1/1000 RRH sets that come with a chair. Is this is for the 1/1000 belts? Is Mattel really going to cheap out on us and gives chairs?
Also the new price points Toys R Us are spitting at us. First the basics went from 9.99 to 10.99. Now the elites are 15.99! Then this is what really killed me series one TNA DI are 9.99 but series 3 are 10.99!!! Why???!?! Then TNA 2 packs went from 17.99 to 19.99. I know it's only a couple dollars but if I go to Target where basics and felxforce are still 7.50 what makes toys r us think I am really going to do business with them?
Just a few thoughts

Well you're paying for the name of the store you chose to shop with. Toys R Us may not be an FAO Schwarz in NYC, but it serves the higher end of the general consumer market.
Everything at Toys R Us is inflated, even here in Canada. About the only "deal" we've ever gotten from there was when they recently put their Fisher Price activity tables down from $69.99 to $39.99 and my wife had a $20 voucher so we got the table for our baby for $19.99!
Target, Zellers, Walmart, etc. will always be cheaper.

The belts are not going away only in the PPV series it seems they are going to come with a PPV chair that the series represents and the first overall basic single figure of everyone will still come with a belt. But we also have not received any kind of confirmation on that but that is what seems likely since we are seeing repeat 1/1000 but with chairs in the Rumble Heritage line.

I do believe the belts are going away. No reports of Baisc 8 belts?

I remember reading in at least one of the Q&As that the belts were a 2010 promotion. Maybe it's PPV chairs for 2011.

I think the belts are still coming...but I think everyone in the RR Heritage set have already had a debut singles figure with a belt so there'd be no 1/1000 belts in this set.
