I play with my figures, but I have a Jakks RSR right now, which is almost the size of the ESR. I might actually be getting the ESR for Christmas, and I have the bigger ring so that I have my hardcore matches and such and have enough room for all the in-ring action.

For playing, the elite ring. It has room to do moves.

I use the ESR for any pictures/posing that I do. Adds to the realism to enough room to execute the moves and have 2 guys and a referee in there to. Not to mention rumbles, tag matches, etc. However for general play the basic rings are not only cheaper but offer a few small things the ESR can't. For example, there are both MITB and Cage Match playsets out there. The Ringside Battle playset looks phenomenal with all the accessories. Plus you can get ring gear with Flex Force figs(the figs themselves not being worth that much) to add to the Basic ring. There is also the different shows/ppvs that you can get a ring specifically designed for. Now all that said ,if you can find the ESR for a good price, then get that. Its a great for play and more authentic. But if you don't wanna sink too much into your hobby seek out a Basic ring and see if you like it. If you wanna get more intricate with it,look for the Ringside Battle or Cage Match sets.

Elite is pretty impressive but of course it depends mainly on your budget.
