So back in like 1997/1998, I remember a website hosted on Geocities where a group of "brothers" made custom hasbro figures. They had all sorts of awesome customs mainly from ECW including a barbwire ring.

I put the word "brothers" in quotes because the website was owned by "SOMETHING BROTHERS." I do not remember their name unfortunately but I would love to find their site again. Does anyone happen to remember this website or known where I can find an archive of it again? This goes back to very early AFR days, so hopefully someone from here remembers.

I know who you're talking about, but I can't remember the name either. All I know is they shut down all the old geocities sites long long ago. You can try doing an archive look up, but you're going to need the specific geocities link and that will be next to impossible to find.
