No we wont, Mattel already confirmed that we wont get one ever from them as well as Owen Hart. We will though get an Eddie Guerrero without a doubt even though he hasn't been confirmed as far as i know for any upcoming releases.

NO! Please stop asking. The answer will never change. Now thats an answer if I ever saw one, don't think it can be any clearer. But lets be honest here, after what he did, do you honestly think they'd make a figure of him? Use some common sense and think about it.

If Mattel or WWE even considered making a Benoit figure, I would boycott both companies. I agree that he was a great wrestler but any kind of positive legacy that he had was flushed down the crapter when he murdered his wife and child. I commend Mattel for their stance on this subject. As an adult collector who also buys figures for his children, it gives me peace of mind that my kids will not be getting an action figure of a murderer.

As much as I was a fan of his ring work, this is one of these instances where you have to look at Benoit's actions instead of his career. He was a double-murderer who killed his wife and his son. Mattel is a toy company that markets mostly to kids. WWE is a family entertainment company that is rated PG. There will never be a other Chris Benoit figure. And there shouldn't be. End of story.

While I think it's a shame we won't get one, I respect Mattel and WWE's stance on the matter.
I personally try to remember him for his ring work, and not what he did... but not everyone wants to do that, which I completely understand.
