Backstory: How it Came On the final ECW of 2009, we seen Zack Ryder end Tommy Dreamer's career which dawned a new era for Ryder fans. Ryder became the self-proclaimed "new heart and soul of ECW." Weeks went by before Royal Rumble came there he was. #7 in the Royal Rumble when he was eliminated early by CM Punk. Ryder entered a three week feud with ECW Champion Christian. Still on no show, Ryder ran into WrestleMania where he almost won the pre-match battle royal lasting into the final two before being eliminated by Yoshi Tatsu. And with Ryder being on ECW which went defunct, he competed on WWE Superstars multiple times before Ryder found himself a new home.

Zack Ryder defeated. Primo 5:19
Ryder and Primo circle up before Ryder kicks him in the gut and clubs over him. Ryder whips him to the ropes only for Primo to hit a springboard turnaround splash. Primo gains momentum with some forearm splashes and then he goes to the second rope. Ryder pulls his leg off and works over his leg for about two minutes into the match. Primo rallies back with some dropkicks and then a suplex. Primo hits the splash for the close two and sets up for the rolling splash off the top rope but Ryder rolls away, and hits a Ruff Ryder on the running Primo. |

Pretty good looking diary, just work on your write-ups. Saying "Ryder did this" Then "Primo did that" gets a bit boring after awhile.

Monday Night RAW on May 3rd, 2010
Mark Henry def. Zack Ryder @ 3:47 "The Long Island Iced Z" Zack Ryder came out to some decent heat, as well as Nikki and Brie Bella on each arm. His opponent Mark Henry is what reallky got Nikki and Brie happy. Henry was dominant throughout, but Ryder would put up a fight, getting Henry down with a missile dropkick and two hard DDTs following a shining wizard, but eventually, he fell victim to a World's Strongest Slam and lost. Brie and Nikki left with Mark as Ryder sat in the ring in frustration. |

Hehe, no big deal though. Another interesting installment. Unfortunate that Ryder loses, but nice to at least see him on RAW. I would like to see a different update, though. If it's a bunch of summaries of his matches it's not from the POV of Ryder, it's just following his matches. Needs some sort of Twitter updates or something. You may be planing this, though.

Timescales don't add up here. He's been announced as a pro on NXT in the opening post, but the rest of the thread is before season one had ended. :/ The actual entries to this aren't bad, but I'd like to see Twitter utilised more considering it's a Zack Ryder pov, and he basically lives on there.

I like the 1st post layout and the time period your going for here because a new start on Raw realistically means he could have been pushed, hopefully you keep the pushes subtle and not pushing Ryder to the moon with a win over Cena or whatever, the write ups are a nice idea but are very short, I understand they are only short matches but still, you could easily write up about outside the ring but if you are against that then just bulk a few updates together because its hardly worth posting those little updates by themselves, Shifty's idea of twitter would be of great use just make sure you arn't posting one twitter update per post, this had potential I'll be reading, good luck and keep this up.

Evan Bourne and Gail Kim def. Zack Ryder and Alicia Fox @ 5:50
One of Ryder's better matches, he tends to work well in the ring with Bourne, he worked over him throughout the match, but the ever so resilient Bourne battled back, the match would end with the girls, Bourne nailing Ryder with a springboard plancha on the outside, while Fox was yelling for Ryder to win the battle with Bourne, Kim would take the chance to turn her around and nail the Eat Defeat finishing move to cover Fox and take the win for her team.

I like the addition of Tweets here, especially non-relevant Tweets about Waffle House, etc. because Tweets like that are fitting to how Ryder really Tweets. Could I have said Tweets more there? I wish you detailed match results in first person, although I like how you're keeping it realistic by not instantly pushing Ryder and by still having him on Superstars.

 Over the Limit l May 23rd, 2010 l Detroit, MIDark Match: Zack Ryder def. Evan Bourne
Bourne and Ryder's feud seems to be rising here, Ryder, not appearing on the May 17th edition of RAW, needed this to solidify a mid-card status while Bourne has gotten his from his main event showing. These two put on a back and forth showing for about eight minutes. Ryder would eventually get a cut on his nose, and eventually battle back, Bourne went for the Air Bourne, Ryder got the knees up, Bourne grimaced in pain as Ryder nailed a Zack Attack to secure a huge win. |

-Better Writing -Better detail -Better Realism If I summed this up in one word it will simply be: Better. Liked this, I'm glad that he doesn't have a main card spot yet. The only negative part is that the PEE GEE NO ALLOWS CUTS ON THE NOSE! OH NOEZ!  ...but it did help make the rivalry more intense. Would like to know why they are feuding and what not. |

Monday Night RAW l May 24th, 2010 l Ryder/BourneJosh Matthews asks Zack Ryder why he dislikes Bourne so much. He replies saying, "Two weeks ago, Bourne took away my girls and embarassed him when he beat me in the tag match. So I got my revenge. And tonight, I get me." He finishes with the . Evan Bourne def. Zack RyderAnother decent battle between the two. Not the best we've seen but damn good though. Both were very much so damaged by the end of this one. Bourne really relied on his educated feet in this one, and Ryder had fought Bourne so much, he knew his next move and spun the leg and hit the Ruff Ryder. He collapsed and soon regained conscious but as he covered, he only got a two count. He went for another one but Bourne pushed him off and won via Jacknife cover. Post Match: Bourne was celebrating his victory here, soon, Ryder came at him with a chair, driving it into his ribs followed by a suplex onto the steel chair. Ryder stood over Bourne getting some deafening heat. |
