Those are both the fights I wanted to see, so I'm happy.
lol@ "Resolution" being the PPV name.

soooo basically he was fighting the way he always does..
pisses me off...cuz I am a big Leben fan. Fighting wrestlers and BJJ guys like that is fine....but when he is facing a guy with KO power he really should cover up. I hope he rebounds from this loss.
sounds like I missed a damn good PPV...

It's now coming out that the next Lightweight title fight will indeed be Edgar/Maynard III. Pettis is going to have to wait.

It's a shame think that Leben's game had actually eveolved. I know it has, so that makes it worse to see him fighting like he has a helmet on. He should know better. It's funny how they mentioned Leben saying that he learned his lesson from the Silva fight, but went in with Stann, did the same thing, and got the same outcome.
Btw, any way I can get a gif of Sliva playing the bongos on Vera's back? Reminded me of Tito vs Randy.

It's the only completely fair way of doing it for everyone involved. Man, if the 3rd fight is anything like the war we all seen last night, we are in for a treat. Should be awesome. I wonder when that will take place though...Probably not for another 4-5 months is my guess.

I thought the fight was good but I don't know about fight of the year. It was just "good". Thiago Silva was good too. I was happy to see Vera's nose practically hanging of his face.

It had fight of the year potential. But it was literally at the very beginning of the year, so we'll just have to see. I think people loved it so much because most were expecting either a borefest or Grey playing a blanket for five rounds.

How come no one is talking about Diaz getting screwed out of the win?

How come no one is talking about Diaz getting screwed out of the win? Maybe it's because he didn't get screwed to begin with...I thought he lost that fight. At least the first 2 rounds for sure, from what I saw. The 3rd was his, but Kim won rounds 1 & 2, in my opinion. You may not think so, but I do. We are all entitled to our own opinion on it and that's mine. ;D

Diaz won rounds 1 and 3. He was more active off his back than Kim was in top position.

Diaz lost dude. I'm a huge Nate Diaz fan and even I saw that he clearly lost. I gotta give it to Kim though. He out grappled a great grappler.
I really hope Phil Baroni retires now. He's on a 3 fight losing streak now and has a 13-13 record overall. Time to hang it up.

Diaz won rounds 1 and 3. He was more active off his back than Kim was in top position. Honestly what I was thinking. Kim got in a few shots from the top, but for the most part it was Diaz going for leg lock after leg lock, and triangle after triangle.
