Looks a little fast but it dosnt ruin the aniamtion.
Its pretty smooth, the starting pose into run looks good , jump looks alright and the spin too.
Its a good animation although still a little stiff here and there like the legs in the jump.
The reactions look unfinished and fidgety.
Overall it looks good, just stiffness again.

I like this, first off the running looked very good - nice speed, not too stompy a little stiff in the back but still the running was very well done. The springboard type thing over the top rope was alright but not at the same quality of the run, you should of extended the leg during the jump over and you could of done more with the arms. There was a fridget during the spin at one point, spin could of used a few more frames as it looked a bit fast too. Reaction was there but it lacked the impact. Overall a good improvement from your last for now I'd say just work on the stiffness in parts of your animations.
