Watched the first 3 series but didn't really watch the last one and probably wont watch this new one either.

I just want Cassie and Sid back. JJ was great too, but most of the characters after series 2 got right on my nerves.
I'll still check this out, but it's hard to be enthusiastic.

I'll check it out but I really hope it's an improvement on series 4. I don't think they'll ever top the first generation though, they hit the jackpot with that cast.

I don't get why people complain at cast changes.
It's a show about 16-18 year olds at 6th Form who then go off to University or whatever (Cassie just upped and f*cked off to the US). Only with a lot more f*cked up ness involved... mainly the Effy/Freddie/Counsellor thing.
It's designed for a cast change every two series.
