Hi, I only have a Few Mattel's for the reason being I have hundreds of RA figs and didnt really want to start over but I purchased Michelle Mccool the other day. I also noticed that she was in scale with RA Divas. I purchased Mickie James and Beth Pheonix when Mattel 1st got started and they were much smaller. Are all the newer Divas in scale with RA Divas?

female RA-style figures did not have any scale. jakks just used the same few body moulds for every figure and put different heads on. no attempt was made to make the figures reflect the different heights of the superstars.
mattel WWE figures however, are all made to be in scale with each other. that is, they take the height of the superstar into account and make the body mould so the figure height will be relative to the real superstar.
so the answer to your question is, some RA divas might fit into the Mattel scale, but most won't. since Jakks RA figures were generally larger than mattels, it will most likely be the jakks figures of superstars who are on the taller side (in real life) that will fit in better with mattels.

Mattel divas are to scale. Jakks are not. Simple as that.

^^^ What he said.
I like how Mattel uses different molds for their diva figures. Mccool's upper body is clearly different from the rest of the other divas and it makes the figure look a helluva lot better.

Mattel divas are not in scale with RAs as the RAs all have a majority of the same parts and are mostly the same size. Mattel uses different molds for each figure.
