Hey there, Could you spend two minutes of your time reading this instead of just locking it. There are a few things i want to say. Firstly, if you look at the top of the board you will see the PPV stips thread. It has about 45 pages with a few days till the PPV. Now if you look back about 110 pages, LKS' first PPV, WF: Extreme rules, 11 pages. The first two pages were people saying "Cool stips" and questions about the stips, the next few pages were people showing attempts and asking for help. The last few pages were people saying they have handed in and "Epic PPV!" Now all we get are 50 pages of people discussing animations, asking people to reply to their animations and people chatting. Secondly, like the stips thread, the sign ups thread. 11 pages of people asking when the stips will be posted and chatting. Looking back the sign up threads would get 2 - 3 pages of people saying "sign". Thirdly, spamming and fighting. These 2 things were what got the last chat thread locked. Spamming isn't a huge deal, people say all the time "Why get your post count up? It doesn't matter!" Then what is wrong with spamming, there is nothing wrong with having a high post count, the category the board is under is "Wrestling Figure Fun & Hobbies", what is wrong with spamming if we are just having fun! Fighting has always been with the board, look way back to 05', people were fighting, it's now 2011 and it is still happening. The thing that annoys me is the people fighting in the last chat thread aren't even on here anymore but we still get punished. Finally, the Pivot board. I have nothing against the pivot board, they have a chat thread, it got locked due to fighting and spamming, just like ours, how ever, theirs got opened like a week later, that really annoyed me because we don't have one and it's been 1 and a 1/2 years. So please take that into consideration, this is a wrestling figure website that is getting way to serious, we are all teenagers, let us have fun, let us laugh, let us talk to each other even though we all live in different places in the world. Well Written Mitch. I messaged them a few hours ago so hopefully they get that we want a chat thread, I stated most of the things you said then.

I completely agree,
Even though i haven't been here long enough for the first chat thread i also feel the need to have one instead of the stips thread always being filled up with unnecessary comments so i agree to having one...now we all just have to wait for LKS to approve....

I agree 100% with this. I cannot stress enough about how the original chat thread got locked because of two people who aren't here anymore, and the rest suffered because of it.
If this gets locked, I will be disappointed, because they way things are run on this whole site is just plain ridiculous.

I don't think LKS can approve as it was an admin's decision. Jack's specifically. (no pun intended) 1. Kind of open ended. I don't see a point... 2. Same as one. 3. It was locked, and stayed locked, because of an ADMIN having to come in and lock it. It was also locked due to on going fighting, not just those two. (What were there names? I remember sigs and stuff, just no names.) 4. Like I said, admin locked it, not LKS. Alex locked his so he could clean it up. The only real fighting there is started by TTF, who really has no business being there. Just my two cents. |

Well, I like the idea Mitch. I don't know the story of how the original got locked, but hope this one turns out better :/ Finished a springboard into Codebreaker, took 3 hours. No more animating for the week most likely. Hope you all have fun at school, while we stay at home on the computer  |
