^Close, but not quite. I've seen him before in some actions pics, but I can't remember where ... If I can figure that out I'll probably be able to place a name with the mask.

That's Mushiking Terry, Kotaro Suzuki under the mask. It was NOAH's attempt to make a Jushin Liger-esque "kid friendly" star.
The good thing is that the Mushiking series is based on a popular line of Japanese arcade games. Think of it as a Mega Man-like plot with a Pokemon-style "capture and train" system.
Unfortunately, the bad news is that Kotaro ain't that good of a wrestler on most occasions. He's passable for a junior, and he's had his fair share of quality matches, but he comes off as kinda bland and generic.
Anyway, I don't really know where you'd find that...Highspots sells Puro figures, as does ROHwrestling.com...that's all I can say about actually acquiring the fig.
