I love how Donald Cerrone says he loves to flash his standup, yet 11 of his 13 career wins are legitimate submissions (i.e. not due to punches), and the other two are decisions.
A Muay Thai Kickboxer with 0/13 strikes stoppages and 11/13 submissions? Seems plausible...
Anyway, as for my official picks:
Anderson Silva def. Vitor Belfort by anything. Just anything will do. I don't care if it's Demian Maia II, I want Silva to win.
Rich Franklin def. Forrest Griffin by Decision would be preferred.
Jon Jones def. Ryan Bader by anything really. Anything will do for me, although I see a very, VERY close Split Decision.

I was just about to bitch about Kid/Mighty Mouse not being shown on tv until i saw the fb thing. The last stream looked like garbage so hope they fix it this time. They should just put it up on their site to get more hits. Amazing card nonetheless. Had no clue there were so many WEC guys on this one.  |

Anderson is going to destroy Belfort. 1st round KO.
The fight is going to look similar to how he treated Forrest, Belfort's aggression is going to leave him opened to be picked off with ease.

Not trying to say you're completely wrong, I was just wondering what the issue was. I know it worked fine for people, but that whole FB thing was a disaster on my end. The image quality was iffy but passable. The real issue was that the damn thing kept crashing. It'd either freeze, or continuously disconnect me from the internet. I gave up after the 7th or 8th try. |

I always get nervous the week during the fight of a favorite fighter, but interestingly enough I've been pretty calm. Silva and Jones better pull this off, lol.

I think Vitor is going to surprise ALOT of people in this fight, even alot of the doubters and nay-sayers on this forum. He'll surprise all of you. I think Vitor is going to bring it to Silva like nobody has before. I know Sonnen brought it to Silva for 4 and a half rounds, but it will be different with Vitor, in my opinion.
I believe Vitor will push the pace more and look for a devastating finish. I think it'll be over quick and decisively in Vitor's favor.

But on my end it would get fuzzy then blackout then be good for a while. Basically it was just a mess. Plus the fact I had to make a fb just for it was a minor inconvenience. How crazy would it be if Vitor went through Anderson like the Wandy fight? I'm really excite(see what I did there) for this one. |

See, Vitor CAN win this fight, but I just don't think it'll happen. It'll be one of 2 things.
1. Both guys are just going to start throwing counter punches left and right. Someone gets caught and gets finished early into the fight.
2. They will feel eachother out for 5 rounds, with nothing exciting happening the whole fight.
I hope it's somewhere in the middle. I think it'll be very exciting, but Anderson is too good on his feet and I bet has trained profusely on his takedown defense.
