I think the most important one we need is Sgt Slaughter in either his traditional black tights look, or his Iraqi khakis look. He's a former WWE champ but the figure we got looks nothing like his attire during his heyday

I really dont want an overload of Warriors and Savages. Seriously 1 or 2 is plenty. I would like to see a Macho King though before the line is done.
As for other attires....
Legion of Doom in their Red/black attire Sgt Slaughter in his Iraqi attire Bulldog in his long braided hair with long tights attire

As long as Mattel has the license we're definitely going to get Macho King, nWo, Wolfpac, and Warrior in his famous and infamous attires through the years. These guys are Mattel's cash cows. When Sting and Hogan leave TNA, you better believe we're getting versions and versions of those guys too. Boom!

I didnt say they werent probably going to make more, I said (in Savage's case) the 3 they have is plenty. I highly highly highly doubt we see an nWo or Wolfpac Macho. That's just my belief. As for Warrior, I think we'll get a few of his basic designs....Solid colors with a few scattered logos. I dont expect to see many more, if any more, Warriors as highly detailed as the newest DM. Its all about labor costs.

Remember the 3 Machos that we know of right now are his early years - and DM Macho skipped Macho King (with crown/sceptre). He's reinvented himself quite a bit since that time, and if Mattel has the license until 2015 (or something), it's a high probability that we'll get more Macho for sure.
Warrior is another cash cow - people love his attires, and yes later on in his career they became very detailed ~ which is a cost thing, I completely understand - but I think sales will justify production costs.
I wish Rick Rude was a cash cow - I would have loved more of his famous attires. We'd be lucky to get 1 or 2 more Rudes.
It's also inevitable that we'll get a white WM3 Ricky Steamboat to go along with the WM3/L5 Savage. What I'd really love is for a green chi-town '89 Steamboat ~ which could still be made considering Mattel has years of this license ahead of them.
Unless the wrestler had a very very unique look about them, I think costs are sunk into face scans/sculpts/molds mostly. If we want a long haired Rick Rude, they've got to make a new mold, maybe even a new sculpt without the "smooch". DM3 Steamboat needs longer hair. Bodies can be reused to cover costs, heads are another matter.

The last two were and still are fairly easy to come across by. I think Mattel studies a lot of what Jakks did when they try to figure out their lines. They would be crazy not to. I mean, if for instance Jakks made a WM8 Savage and it didnt sale worth a flip, I couldnt see Mattel going back and making the same figure. If you see what Im saying. I just think they'll cover the main base with Warrior (basic attire, WM6, WM7 and possibly one other highly detailed version) and then be done with it.

I really hope we get HBK in his classic red/white attire. It is possibly his most known attire from 95-97 and I was always suprised JAKKS never made a CS HBK figure in that red attire (THE LJN thing doesn't count). I hope Mattel makes a classic HBK scan though because I still think the modern HBK scan looks odd on the EG HBK in the WM12 attire. The figure is great, but the scan looks out of place.
I'm psyched to get a Mattel Legends Bret Hart. I'm sure they can nail it so I'm excited. I'd like a WM12 attire Bret Hart since JAKKS never got around to it. I'd also love a 97' Hart Foundation Bret to match the Bulldog and Pillman already released. JAKKS released a good 97' version of Bret, but I'd still like a Mattel version.
I'd mention Warrior and Savage, but it looks like Mattel are already well on their way to creating many attires for these two. Mattel knows these guys will sell so I'm sure it'll happen.
I'd like an early DX version of HHH because we never got a properly done version with JAKKS. They did a good 99' version, but I'd like a late 1997 HHH or a WM14 where he had the green details.

I know it's the longest of long shots, but I've always wanted a WrestleMania 2 Hart Foundation.

Definitely old school DX - HHH and Shawn in their respective classic DX attire, and hoefully the 4 members of DX as well, provided the others get signed by mattel.
