I looked at that about 10 minutes ago - picture looks ok.
Do you know that something is wrong with it?

Looks like the same bag that the Hogan #2 came in. Would like to see how sealed the figure is.

I have messaged the seller and he has informed me that he/she purchased the item several years back off ebay. The seller is unsure if its legit. the bag is till sealed.
Seems a nice person. Your choice to judge. Maybe its legit. possibly unfair post

It does it matter how the bag is sealed, the figure is 100% fake, even if the bag looks like the uk mailaway one, would be very convinient to open the mailaway hogan and put inside the bag a warrior 3 and than trying to sell it for 250 gpb! Do not waste your money guys!!!! Thanks to hasbromad Who open the thread! +1 mate..good job

Your choice to judge. Maybe its legit. possibly unfair post The seller is unsure about the legitimaticy of the figure and he's trying to' make an huge profit anyway! The thread imho is more than fair cause we know that those kind of items dont exist!

As always, thanks for the heads up from one collector to another.
imagine if i was a new collector thinking i had bought a warrior 3 mailaway, come on here and say 'look what ive got, arent i clever' and everyone say 'well, weve got some bad news....'
I think we need more of these 'heads up posts'.

It doesnt take a rocket scientist to judge really.
Just that were gonna have "watch out for this item" on every other thread. Maybe there should be a sticky for it as its similar to posting live auctions.

Here's my general rule on the "bagged mailaways": If it's not the WWF magazine exclusive Hogan, Undertaker, or Bret then it's only worth the price of a loose figure. Possible exception to this rule being the bagged Hogan and Savage from the JC Penney ring, but that's about it.

Even if it had been bagged from a mail order company to save on postage, it wasn't officially released that way so it's not worth a carrot in my opinion. When earthquake and typhoon came out, the place I got them from (wwf sticker album- either merlin or panini) sent them in bags, but I'm guessing that was just to save on postage.

Simple: This figure was never issued bagged, end of story. I understand that it wasn't one of the big 3 mailaways in the WWF Magazine but you can't rule out the many other WWF Promo's that were on offer during the height of popularity in the UK in the early 90s. I'm personally not saying it's worth that much money but you can't say it was never issued. The Hogan #2 was issued in the same bag and was found to be highly sought after by collectors. Unless you have a definitive list from Hasbro UK about every figure they sent out bagged in the early 90s I don't think you can say for sure whether or not this is legit.

Yea these people posting how fake it is are the same people screaming how legit THEIR hasbro prototypes are..... This place is full of double standards so I guess get use to it... Here It all depends on WHO says it's legit. .... There is a Classic superstars Andre the Giant figure that was released in a baggy and its the exact same figure that was released in a package but classic collectors consider it a "different" piece of their collection but I guess that would be wrong? ...... Personally I don't think the summerslam baggies are legit but that's just a opinion.

Until i find printed material or a tv clip from the crazy cat show that show the figures in bags, i dont believe- and i own an ultimate warrior #1 in bag.
