Eh, I think the title Defining Moments is pretty misleading. It should really be "Moments Where Accessories can Make a Figure We Already Have Produced Look Like It's Worth reBuying At a Higher Price." Nice post! LOL |

i just read which attires these are for. im interested to see how hhh comes out. that attire was jeans with the leather jacket and denim jacket over it i believe. that would be cool to get a removable version of that gear. funny thing was last nigth i was on RSC and i typed in Kurt Angle and this figure came up so I originally figured out it was something involving angle. I believe on this night HHH announced he would be in the rumble and beat up Angle.
Update: just found the video. I was gonna skip this set but now I think I may get the HHH.

Love the lineup for DM3. HHH is one of the greatest of all time! When he came back at MSG, it was amazing. Especially to be there live.
The dragon comming back to the WWF is the DM, not the match!

People are so stupid. Just read.
I love the idea of Ricky´s return as a Defining Moment, because it truely was. Absent for 3 years and then finally coming back... Great choice, Mattel, I´ll definitely preorder!
HHH is cool as well. Great attire and great moment. Preordered as well.

It would probably help out pre order sales Probably because they either weren't approved yet or Mattel wants to unveil them at Toy Fair and asked that no photos be posted yet. While PJ is extremely close, the REAL answer is that I like torturing everyone and pretty much took pictures and watermarked them up just so I could be the only one that gets to look at them. |

I'd love if Triple H was a 1999 version. I don't really think that segment the Rock's was based off of was either. That's just what they're calling the line, but they're really aiming for more intricate attires. At least that's how it seems. Highest rated segment in RAW history and The Rock was apart of it. Pretty defining if you ask me. Everyone remembers at least one part of This Is Your Life. Not just in Raw history. At one time it was the highest rated segment on cable TV. It may not have be THE defining moment, but it certainly was a defining moment. As for Steamboat, I agree that the dragon suit era is not very defining, but what else could they give him that would make the figure worth $20+ . WMIII was a defining moment, but he didn't have any extra about him than the legends figure, just different colors. edit: Very cool choices for both, though I'll have to wait to see the figures before I decide on getting them. The Dragon is most likely though. |
