Japanese action figures are notorious for having virtually no points of articulation, so the arms/legs are basically all that move.
Also, hate to say it, but that looks a lot more like King from Tekken than Tiger Mask. Sayama, Misawa, Kanemoto, and even Tiger Mask IV were never that muscular.
That looks a bit taller than most regular Japanese figures, but only by about 2-3 inches.

That Tiger mask is about 7-8 inches tall. If you're interested I have an extra one loose that I could sell.

The wrestler came in the '80s, about 20 years after the anime series. This figure is in a series based on the anime. King from Tekken might very well be based on the Tiger Mask anime.

I knew about the anime...I just thought the figure was about the wrestlers.
Knowing that, then yeah, it's all good.

I'm sure King from Tekken was either based on or stolen from the Anime, but that (King) was the first thing I thought of. Japanese action figures are notorious for having virtually no points of articulation, so the arms/legs are basically all that move.
