I dont think it's technically a bootleg since it's not a cheap knock-off of an existing product but I guess it's pretty cool in a crappy, cheap sort of way.

Pretty neat. I've seen similar sets of fictional lucha-styled wrestlers sold by street vendors in LA, but never with a ring for them. The bell is an interesting addition.

^Yeah, that's what I was thinking. I knew I had seen that ring design before, but I couldn't remember until I saw nickrs2005's post.
This set seems to flood eBay every now and again, especially since around last Christmas. It's pretty cool for a "Dollar Store" wrestling figure set. That bell makes it the coolest ring ever. I may have to try to steal the design somehow to add that bell to my custom rings.

The ring's bootlegged, the wrestlers are rather generic. Nonetheless; cool set!

That is really cool for a Dollar Store set, I may need to check around for it.

Yes it's the ToyBiz Nitro ring, but I'm pretty sure it's much smaller than the official one. Or does that qualify it as a bootleg? I'm not sure what the true definition is.

ammended the title...to me any cheap imitation was bootleg but i guess knockoff is the proper term.
