F4WOnline.com is reporting that TNA officials are under the belief that Sting is very close to signing a deal to return to the company, even though his profile was removed from the TNA website as we reported last night.
At last word, Sting had NOT been contacted by WWE officials and there has apparently been no discussion between both sides concerning an appearance by Sting at WrestleMania.

On F4WOnline radio, the same guy who reported that said that Sting being removed from the TNA roster page was also a sign that he is secretly talking to Vince or hasnt been returning TNA's calls, so take that for what it's worth.

I still never believed it was Sting in those videos 21 02 11 I'd was crying out for a Sting - Taker dream match, but it's highly unlikely

If are they are close to signing a deal with Sting again then why did they make it a point to take time to remove him from the TNA roster? Hmmm......

If it's him, it's him, if it's not it's not.
At this point, however...
I wouldn't be surprised if the next promo was just of Undertakers face, saying it was him all along. That he has a score to settle.... People would still insist it was Sting.
meh.

The entire roster thing means nothing considering the same thing happened with Kevin Nash back in 2008. When Nash/TNA was negotiating a new deal, TNA removed him from the roster about a week before Bound for Glory, then he shows up at Bound for Glory and costs joe the belt.
Being on/being removed from a roster page doesn't mean anything. Daniels was on the roster page for almost a year after his release.

Yeah, but that still doesn't detract from the fact Nash was removed and then reappeared a week later.

swerve, thats what WWE wants you to think. He's going to come down from the rafters (even though Owen Hart died like that and WWE are still in law suits because of it) and fight off Nexus and help the Undertaker its very obvious.

I'd like to see the Stinger end his career in TNA personally. Maybe I am the only one.

Sting will be coming to WWE and he will fight Undertaker at Wrestlemania in a First Blood match. Sunny will also be coming to WWE and she will manage Taker, and it will be a Striptease match. Taker will lose and be 18-1 after Sting does a Swantom bomb to the outside of the ring and crashes Taker through the barricade. Then Sunny strips down.

Sting doesnt have to sign with the WWE to get a DVD. They could release one without his participation like the one they did on Randy Savage or he could just do an interview and pick the matches he wants on the DVD (which Sting has said he is willing to do in the past).
