Let me start off by saying your belt design is far superior to your competition in many ways. The plates look great and they come in color. Here are a few pointers where I think you guys have fallen short.
1. Curve the main plates. This helps them to fit the wastes of the figures properly. This alone would make such a huge difference.
2. The other thing that seems to be making the belts fit oddly is the large back clips of the plates protruding through the belt strap. If there is a way you could make them smaller this may help the fit.
3. The length of the belts. They fit most figures but it's a bit of a struggle to get them on bigger guys like George Steel.
Now for some specific belt concerns.
Million Dollar Belt - I am glad you made it so that it fits the million dollar man with his suit on. Problem is it was made one size only so it doesn't fit him when he is in his wrestling gear. It also doesn't fit Ted Jr. Looks like a hula-hoop on these guys.
Toy Fair sneak peak Winged Eagle belt - Same as above about the curve. - I am assuming the typos on the belt will be corrected. - also the yellow strap was used on the IC belt. The winged eagle belt was normally in black with the warrior having it in blue or purple. I have faith that you guys won't oversee these details.
