From Good Ol' JR: I will be flying to Mexico City this week to take part in a major, groundbreaking, WWE news event on Thursday afternoon. I, along with others from WWE, will be at Vive Cuervo Salon in Mexico City for the 3:30 pm event. It's FREE to the public but I suggest that if you are attending that you arrive early to secure your place in what promises to be a historic event for WWE in the tradition rich, grappling city of Mexico City. WWE Mexico... a new brand/show highlighting Mexican wrestling... broadcast in Mexico.. all in Spanish.

Hmmmm i wonder. Weren't there rumors of them maybe taking WrestleMania there a while ago? Maybe, seems unlikely with next years already booked in Miami but who knows.

I can't really imagine this all being for Mistico. Would be cool though. Maybe they could be announcing a lucha libre movement, where they bring in a bunch of stars from Mexico, and restart a cruiserweight/junior heavyweight division  ...Okay, wishful thinking |

Like others have said, it is probably a PPV in Mexico or the official announcement of Mistico's signing.
