They are releasing them as singles i believe for the Von Erichs. As far as the Rockers we haven't heard anything.

I was excited because I figured we were getting the Rockers 2pack and then more than likely a mid 90s Legends HBK. I'm personally pulling for his IYH: Badd Blood attire but I'll take anything from 96-98. I'll take anything period but if I could get picky that is what I would prefer. I still think the Rockers set would do really well as like a stand alone exclusive at TRU. I'd buy it.

Yes, the Legends 2-Packs were canceled as 2-packs and will now be released as singles. The Von Erichs are both in Legends Series 6. With the Rockers to be released in a later wave.

If they do a variant HBK for the series, it will be early 90s so he will look essentially the same but with new gear. Either way, I'm glad we're getting these figures, even if they're separate.

Ehh, i'd prefer to have my hands on both those 89 ish ROCKERS.. next a 1992 white w/ red zebra sexy boy!! i have a mattel 96 hbk.. my entrance greats! but yea, after i get those two..then a 95-97 hbk in red w/ white broken hearts, or the aqua blue w/ hearts and zebra stripes.. as long as they get his boots and wrist gauntlets right
the plus to getting the 95-97 hbk in legends wave will be the sick entrance gear top.. shawn had soo many wild vests/ stripper esqu tops w/ chains and mirrors !!
but same goes for BRET.. heck if every legends wave had a bret and shawn i'd be happy!!!!
just wish the RSC kane exclusive was 97.. hopefully rsc will get excl. every 6 months or so

I have really been looking forward to those Rockers. I'm not as excited about having to buy them seperately though. I probably won't see them in stores anyways, I have to drive about an hour before I can find a store around here that carries the Legends line, and with gas prices going up I try not to make as many trips as I would like.

If they would've went with a stronger series one they would've sold better

I still think another problem with the Legends tag team line was that two of the "bigger names" were released in other lines in their (arguably) more popular/more detailed attired with Sheik and Piper in Legends 2 and Entrance Greats leading to some people skipping one or the other.
Granted, a Road Warriors, Rockers and Bushwackers first wave would have sold tremendously, I think the price combined with people feeling like they were buying the same figure twice [and both had some issues with the not quite there scan of Piper and the well-intentioned, but ill-executed handling of Sheik's trunks] they decided to go with the cheaper alternative.
I'm just glad we're still getting the Von Erichs at least.
