|- Episode 1: “Talkin’ About A Revolution Pt. 1” -| Scene 1:
We open to a dark, dingy, dimly lit area. Not much can be seen, as a rat crawls by.
 : Can you believe this! How could we degrade ourselves to staying here!
: It’s only temporary, Queen, I promise you. We are rebuilding, we need to lay low for the time being. It’ll all work out in the end, a year or so, tops, I promise, and we’ll be ready to do, what you’ve always wanted.
: …to take over the world?
: Of course! We’ll be able to do that, at the flip of a switch! We just have to rebuild, and recharge for the time being.
: …. Well, I guess I can wait if I have to. Only if you swear we can take over the world!
: Oh, I swear to it!
: Alright, now, go g-… AHHH!
: What is it, Queen?!?
: Is that a….. Rat?... ewwwww! This year better go by quickly! I’m so sick of this planet!
: Me too… Me too…..
Scene 2:
One Year Later…..
We settle the town of Wilmington, North Carolina. It’s a bright, sunny day, as we zoom down onto a park, filled with kids playing and screaming. We tighten onto a picnic table, where we meet Chris Williams, 22 with shaggy hair and a carefree attitude, sitting across the table from Hailey Crandall, 21 years old, a brunette with much the same attitude as Chris. The two have been friends since high school, and still keep in contact after graduation, 4 years ago.
Hailey: Yeah! The concert last night was so great! I wish you coulda been there!
Chris: Yeah, me too. Stupid work had to call me in, such a drag man.
Hailey: Hey, at least you have a job, I still haven’t found one since I got fir- whoops!
Hailey, talking with her hands, accidentally knocks her purse off the table onto the paved track beside them. Before she can bend to pick it up, a man comes running by, nearly tripping over the purse, stopping to pick it up. This man is Michael Christopher, 25, a few years older than Chris and Hailey, and it shows, as his personality, introverted and worn, is completely different from their lifestyle. He hands Hailey her purse.
Hailey: Hey, sorry about that, thank you for picking it up!
Michael looks at her an nod, before answering in his deep southern drawl.
Michael: Don’t worry ‘bout it.
Before the two can say anymore, an explosion rocks them, sending Michael slamming into the table, and Chris and Hailey falling off their seats! They all three look over, to see dozens of gray creatures, babbling unintelligibly, charging at them.
Michael: What in the world are them things?
Chris: Are those…
Hailey: Putties?!
The Putty Patrol marching toward them, Michael jumps up, running at them. Chris and Hailey look at each other, shrugging, before following suite. A huge brawl ensues, as Michael shows impressive fighting skills, taking on several putties. Chris shows novice skills, while Hailey fumbles around, trying to survive, hitting the stray putty. Michael grabs one of the putties, throwing him into two others, and as they hit the ground, they flopped around, before seemingly exploding into nothing! All three noticed this, as they kept fighting. Chris found himself surrounded by three putties, as he looked up and the tree behind him… as he jumped, grabbing to branches, split kicking two of the putties in the face, before dropkicking the center putty. He rolls away, as all three decimated. Hailey, though, isn’t having that much luck, as she fumbles around the putties, kicking and punching them to no avail. She gets in the face of one putty, as one putty sneaks up behind her, preparing to hit her. She quickly spins around the putty, as it hits the other, causing it to fall and explode! She falls to her hands and her knees, as the remaining putty backs up in horror of what he had just done, falling over Hailey, hitting a tree, and exploding himself!
Three putties are left, as Michael, Chris, and Hailey charge at them, jumping as Michael hitting one with a knee, Chris hitting one with an elbow, and Hailey hits one with a kick. The three roll and stand up, as the three putties fall and burst. Michael stands confused, as Chris and Hailey laugh, catching their breath.
Hailey: Ha-ha! That was greeeat!
Chris: That was so awesome! Did you see what I did there with the tree!? Ha-ha, that was great!
Michael: What… What in the devil were them things?
Hailey: and Chris: You’ve never heard of the putties before?!
Michael: …Putties?
Scene 3:
We cut to a very high tech center. A large room with various screens, panels, and various other computers. From nowhere, a man and a woman walk up. Keisuke Han, an older, wise Japanese man, and Akira Takahashi, a younger Japanese woman, with glasses on, and her hair up. The woman is carrying some gadget, clicking on it with her fingers.
Keisuke: I’ve feared this day for a long, long time.
Akira: What do you think caused that putty attack? The putties have been gone for 16 years! You don’t think it could be them….?
Keisuke: No, it’s not them again, they are gone forever. I know it. These are two new demons. I’ve feared the day they would attempt their rise, but I think it’s impending… Are any of the powers up and running?
Akira: Yes sir, three of them.
Keisuke: Very good. Those three young people, bring them here. We will need them very soon.
Akira: Do you think the attack will be that soon?
Keisuke: It could be any day now, I have no way of knowing. We need to get those kids. This world will need protectors, and they will be the ones.
Akira: Yes sir, I will channel them now…
As Akira walks over to one of the panels and starts clicking away, as we cut to darkness.
Scene 4:
: WHAT WAS THAT!? THOSE PUTTIES WERE TERRIBLE! How are we going to take over the world with THAT!!?!
We raise up, to reveal a woman, and what could only be described as a mechanical monster standing, staring down at Earth. The woman is the new queen, Queen Zroya, a slightly whiny, impatient woman. The mechanical robot is Prince Hadur, the heir to the Queen’s throne.
Hadur: Those were only a test, we have yet to rebuild the army!
Zroya: Well you need to get working on the army! They might know of our existence now! Those putties were such a waste! I don’t see how they ever did any good before!
Hadur: Me neither, but trust me, the new army will be bigger, and stronger than ever, don’t you worry about that…..
Hadur lets out a laugh, as we zoom out of the building, and pan around to see an all too familiar site… The Machine Empire! |

Woo!!!!11 I love this already. Honestly, not a story I'm really familiar with, so I'm not sure if this something you are making up, but that would be cool. Push the black ranger....haha. This is great, hope you keep with it man. Always good to see something out of the ordinary on the board.

Lol, this is awesome. I used to love Power Rangers. Nice write up introducing the characters well. I really hope you keep this up for a good while. Good luck.

Woo!!!!11 I love this already. Honestly, not a story I'm really familiar with, so I'm not sure if this something you are making up, but that would be cool. Push the black ranger....haha. This is great, hope you keep with it man. Always good to see something out of the ordinary on the board. Yeah, this is all made up. I have to admit, this story will be strongly based off of a series I used to play when I was little with my MMPR action figures, haha. |

Not familiar with most, but still a very nice read. I felt like a kid when I played this in my head. With this, and the Tyger diary, you've shown an outstanding ability to write whatever genre.
Will try and follow this.

We fade open to the park, with Michael Christopher, Hailey Crandall, and Chris Williams setting at the picnic table, the three still off guard from the Putty attack.
Chris: How could you have never heard of the Putties before man?!
Hailey: Yeah! They were only one of the freakiest things when they Power Rangers were around!
Michael: Well, I ain’t never heard of no Power Rangers before. What are the-..
Hailey: Only the defenders of the world! They protected and saved the world lord knows how many times!
Chris: Yeah man! They were these cool suits, and had these totally awesome weapons and giant zords!
Michael: Are ya’ll sure this ain’t somethin’ ya’ll dreamed up? Don’t none of this sound real…
Suddenly, in the middle of the conversation, Michael starts to fizzle in and out!
Michael: Dude! What in the world is going on!?
Michael fizzes one more time, before completely disappearing!
Hailey: Oh my God! Where did he go?!
Chris: I… I don’t know!
Hailey and Chris stand up, searching for him, before they to fizzle for a few brief moments, before disappearing themselves!
Scene 6:
We cut to Michael, Keisuke Han, and Akira Takahashi standing, talking in the power center, as Chris and Hailey fizzle, transporting in. Hailey and Chris both start laughing.
Chris: Dude, that was awesome!
Hailey: That was so radical!....
Hailey and Chris: ….but what was that!?
Keisuke: Ha-ha, don’t worry, please, sit down.
Chris and Hailey both quickly sit down, as Michael slowly takes a seat still confused by the whole situation.
Keisuke: We have called you three here for a very, very important reason. I fear… that the world may soon be under attack..
Michael: From who?
Keisuke: I do not know that question exactly but.. I do have my fears.
Akira, behind him, brings up two photographs on a computer screen, pictures of a woman, and a machine.
Akira: We believe it could be Zroya, the new queen of the Machine Empire, and possibly her heir, Prince Hadur.
Chris: The Machine Empire?!
Hailey: I thought that fell like, ten years ago!
Keisuke: That it did, but we fear that they could be attempting to revive the Empire. I’m afraid that if they salvage the Machine Empire back to their original power, if not stronger, they will attack.
Michael: …and what do we have to do with this?
Keisuke: We need three, young, strong, athletic, and wise people to fight against them if such an attack should happen.
Akira: After what happened in the park today, with the Putties attacking you three, we believe you are more than qualified.
Chris: Qualified for what?
Keisuke: ….Becoming the new Power Rangers!
Michael, Chris, and Hailey: Power Rangers?!
Keisuke: Yes, but you must understand the immense responsibility you three would be taking on if you accept. You cannot use you powers for anything other than fighting the Machine Empire, and you cannot escalate a fight. Also, you cannot tell anyone about your powers, no matter what. We need to keep your identities secret.
Chris and Hailey: Yeah! That’s great!
Keisuke: Ha-ha, how about you Michael?
Michael: …I don’t know. All of this is just really weird. I ain’t never heard of a Power Ranger, and now I got these Putties and machines and you telling me you want me to be with ya’ll to fight a Machine Empire.. I don’t know, sir.
Keisuke: I understand. It’s all very shocking for you, but I believe that if you agree to be a Power Ranger, you will do a lot of good for us, and for quite possibly saving the world.
Hailey: Come on! It’ll be great!
Chris: Yeah, come on dude, let’s do it!
Michael: …Well, alright.
Hailey and Chris: Yeah!
Keisuke laughs, before walking over to Akira, who hands him a case, which he opens, to reveal three Morphers, showing them to the three.
Keisuke: These… Are your Morphers.
Keisuke sets the case down, pulling one of the Morphers, walking over to Hailey.
Keisuke: Please stand, all of you.
The three stand up, as Keisuke smiles, handing Hailey one of the Morphers.
Keisuke: Hailey… You will be the Yellow Ranger.. Your animal will be the Sabre Tooth Tiger. A free, spirit, but tough, just like you.
Hailey smiles, as Keisuke hands her the Morpher, before he walks over to Chris, retrieving another Morpher.
Keisuke: Chris… You will be the Blue Ranger. Your animal, the Triceratops, large, but agile…
Chris lets a huge grin, as Keisuke hands him his Morpher, as he walks over to Michael.
Keisuke: Michael.. You will be the Black Ranger. As the Mastodon, you are large, intimidating… and you will be the leader of this Power Ranger team. You have all of the leadership and performance capabilities to be a good leader, and I believe you will.
Keisuke hands Michael his Morpher who looks at Keisuke somberly, before looking at it.
Keisuke: I now deem you three…. As the Power Rangers!
Chris and Hailey smile and laugh, showing off their Morphers to each other, as Michael walkers off, staring as his. Keisuke notices this, and walks over to him.
Keisuke: Is everything ok, Michael?
Michael: I don’t know. The leader? I don’t know if I can do that. Heck, I didn’t even know what a Power Ranger was until an hour ago.
Keisuke: I know it seems like a lot to handle, but I choice you as the leader for a reason. I know you can do it.
Michael: …. I only got one question..
Michael turns back to Chris and Hailey.
Michael: …..How do you use this thing?
Everyone else laughs, as Michael looks at his Morpher and cracks a grin.
Scene 7:
We fade to the next day, back in the park, on a sunny day, as two kids fly back on bikes. We find Michael, Chris, and Hailey sitting on a picnic table, Michael and Hailey on the same side, Chris on the other, facing them.
Hailey: I can’t believe we’re Power Rangers! How cool is that?!
Chris: It’s so radical!
Michael: I guess.
Hailey: Oh, come on, quit being a downer, this is cool and you know it.
Michael: …Yeah, this is pretty cool.
Hailey: See, that’s what I thought… So, where are you from? We barely know you.
Michael: Well, I was born in-…
Chris: Hey dude… what is that?!
Chris points to behind Michael and Hailey, who turn around to see a swirl in the sky, that opens into a portal!
Michael: What in the devil!?
Suddenly, dozens and dozens of machines fall out of the portal, before it closes.
Hailey: What are those?!
Chris: They look like robots!
Michael: I don’t know, but they don’t look good.
The three stand up, and run over to the machines, but before they can get to them, the machines attack random people at the park! People scream and run in every direction as the Rangers get near the machines.
: HA HA HA! YES! THIS IS IT!
Michael: HEY!
: Huh?! Who are you?!
We pan over to see Hadur, fighting his way through the crowd of machines.
Hadur: Who do you think you are?!
Hailey: We? Are your worst nightmare!
Hadur: …HA HA HA! How lame was that? What do you three pukes think you’re gonna do?!
Chris: Let’s show him!
Hailey: Yeah!
Michael: Are you ready?! IT’S MORPHIN TIME!
The three pull out their Morphers, and hold them out in front of themselves
Chris: TRICERATOPS!!
Hailey: SABRE TOOTH TIGER!
Michael: MASTADON!
The three morph into the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers for the first time, before an explosion happens behind them! |

Glad this is back. I loved the first part and the black ranger being the leader makes me a happy camper. Please keep updating this, its great.
