I do not remember the story on the million dollar hasbro belt. I just recognized that there are 2 different sizes, My question is...Was there 2 different sizes released with the figures (one size with the black tux dibiase and another size with the green suit dibiase)? If no then what is the rarity of the long strap one. I provided a pic of them together. Thanks !
