Results from Honor Takes Center Stage Weekend!
Night One:
Eddie Edwards defeats Christopher Daniels to retain the ROH World Title forcing him to tapout with the Boston Crab in 25:30
After the match, Christopher Daniels announced to the fans he is once again leaving Ring of Honor and vacating the World TV Title. The fans end the show chanting "Please don't Go" as all the boys in the back come out and pay respect to Daniels.
Charlie Hass and Shelton Benjamin defeated the The Kings of Wrestling via Disqualification after Referee Todd Sinclair witnessed Hass get knocked out via the loaded elbow pad of Chris Hero. The Kings retain the belts.
Davey Richards defeated Roderick Strong in the Final Battle rematch forcing him to tap with the ankle lock in what can only be described as the match of the year. Afterward, they shook hands.
Adam Cole and Kyle O'Riley defeated the Briscoe Brothers in a HUGE upset after O'Riley rolled up Jay Briscoe. After the match the Briscoe Brothers assault Cole and O'Riley leaving them bloody and beaten in the ring.
Mike Bennett defeated Steve Corino in 10 minutes with a roll-up and grab of the tights.
Colt Cabana defeated El Generico and Homicide in a 3 way Dance forcing Homicide to tap to the Billy Goats Curse. Great fan favorite match and really got the crowd into the show!
The All Night Express defeated the Bravado Brothers on the opening contest of the night. King and Titus came out to one of the loudest Pops of the night.
Night 2
In a match that is widely considered match of the weekend and the best tag team match in quite sometime... Charlie Hass and Shelton Benjamin defeated The American Wolves after Shelton Benjamin nailed Richards with the T-Bone in a match that lasted almost 45 minutes!
After the Match Eddie Edwards went to console his tag team partner only to be met with a Right kick straight to his head knocking him out cold. Richards got on the mic and proceeded to declare that THE HUNT WAS ON The show ended with a chorus of boos.
The Kings of Wrestling defeated Cole and O'Riley after A Ricola Bomb on Cole, despite a valiant effort from the challengers. After the Match all 4 combatants shake hands.
Roderick Strong defeated El Generico after a top rope back breaker.
Following the contest Roderick Strong was attacked by a returning Austin Aries and Truth Martini.
Rhett Titus defeated Homicide in the biggest singles win of his career!
Kenny King and Colt Cabana fought to a 20-Minute time limit draw.
Steve Corino and the Bravado Brothers defeated The Briscoes and Mike Bennett!
