So with their big clearance sale, I decided to make my very first order with WWE Shopzone, ever. I ordered a Nexus "We Are One" shirt and a CM Punk "Salvation" skull cap. The skull cap, I really really liked, and it was really cheap, $2.50. But shipping was $5 no matter what, so I went ahead and ordered the one shirt that isn't hideous, the Nexus shirt.
This was five days ago. I've been checking the mail, expecting it any day now. Today I checked on the order status, and see the Nexus shirt is in route, but the hat is back ordered.. So I give them a call, to see when I can expect the hat, because the hat is what I really wanted.. The guy tells me it's back ordered and they won't be reprinting it at all (that means it's out of stock, not back ordered..). Basically, they sold more than they had. They never emailed me to say "hey, that hat's not coming.", my Paypal was still charged for it, and to this time, still is..
Tomorrow will be 6 days since I ordered. That will be the earliest it can arrive. And only half the order will be there. For a hat and a shirt for $11 something shipped, it was a great deal. A shirt for $9 shipped? not so great of a deal.. This is particularly insulting, because I ordered from CHIKARA's online store in December. Despite the fact they don't have 100 people working for them.. I got my order in three days, with the whole order in the package, plus 2 stickers, a trading card, and a magnet.. Shouldn't the largest wrestling company in the world have a more professional and better operated store than a little indy that doesn't even have an office?
First and last time I order from them.. ugh.

Yeah they need to not let you order when something is out of stock. It happened to me before too. They do a really bad job.

They never say an item is back-ordered until you order it. Very cheap.

I actually had the same issue but with ToysRus. But I do agree that 9 bucks total for a shirt and shipping is pretty good, considering the same shirt at an event would be 25 and most shirts in stores are 8 to 10 bucks.

i remember one time i ordered a bret hart shirt and dvd. i received a john cena shirt and wwe cardboard boxes to wrap gifts in. i contacted wwe shop and they sent me the right stuff and told me to send back the other stuff. i sent it back but then they said they never got anything back. i ended up having to file a dispute on my credit card when they charged me for both orders.

I had a similar problem. You have to understand that the WWEshop isnt updated around the clock. i called and talked to a guy after i ordered a bunch of the stuff when it was on clearance and half of the stuff was canceled cause they didn't have it, and he told me the best way to ensure you get the stuff i wanted next time when they have a big clearance blowout is to call them and order over the phone. he told me their systems updated ALOT faster.

it's not a good deal, because if I knew I was paying $9 for just a shirt, I wouldn't have ordered the shirt. In fact, the only reason I ordered the shirt was because I was already paying $5 shipping for the hat.. The hat was what I wanted, and was something I would wear in public. The shirt is going to just be something to wear around the house when I get off work and such.. So while it's cheap by their over priced prices, it's really not that cheap at all..
Plus the fact they've still got my $2.50 for the hat they have no intentions on ever sending me..

I ordered 3 shirts in the end of February and got an email a few days later telling me The Rock's shirt was on back order (big surprise) and my order didn't end up shipping until beginning of March... Shipping was a little more to Canada too  |

I ordered an Elite Kane, Legends Perfect, Legends Bulldog, 2 Legends Pillmans, Legends Shiek, Sheamus hoodie, Miz "I'm Awesome" long sleeved shirt, Miz "I'm Awesome" toddler t-shirt, Miz/Big Show Series 7 2-pack. Price was 71.36 total. Heck of a deal!
I got a package yesterday and received 2 Legends Pillmans, Sheamus Hoodie, Miz "I'm Awesome" long sleeved shirt and Miz "I'm Awesome" toddler t-shirt. That's only half the order and it says the rest is on back order or cancelled. That was the only notification I received. What the crap? The plus side is that they only charged me for the stuff I received, but crap...I wanted all of the order. Especially those figures. Geez!

I had a similar issue a couple weeks ago when they had the clearence with the figures and I purchased 9 figures for about $25 bucks but then with shipping it was about 36.21 and then come to find out they locked up my funds on paypal and told me everything was sold out and I would not recieve the items. I agrued and never got a thing. I just got my funds released by contacting their paypal email account to get my funds released. What a joke. I will never purchase from their site again.

I have had no issue with ShopZone ever. In fact i just received my order of a Nexus hat, wristbands, and a Miz skullcap. I do agree that they shouldve warned you that there was no orders left for that item.

Yeah, their system is pretty out of whack. Like many others, I ordered a bunch of figures during the clearance sale. When a suspiciously small box showed up at my doorstep, I realized they had only given me 2 Pillman figures, with everything else canceled out. It was still a great deal (less than $18 for 2 Legends figures), but it's a shame you kind of have to "wait and see" in regards to getting what you want.

Ugh. This post doesn't make me happy. I too ordered a whole bunch of stuff from them on Sunday (Zack Ryder shirt, Daniel Bryan shirt, two old-school shirts, Dolph Ziggler basics shirt, and Sheamus shirt) and I've yet to receive them. I was expecting them today, and nothing.

I bought a lot of stuff from them. I got 2 shirts, 2 dvd/shirt packages, and some other cheap stuff since I was already paying a lot of for shipping. I am still waiting for it to come though so I hope I don't get some BS like you got because I bought my stuff a while ago when the shirts were $14 and not $8 one day later...  |

I ordered the Orton viper logo hoodie & a Trips shirt during the sale last Tuesday. I got them both in the mail today with no problems.

this has happened to me twice within the last week
1st time i just ordered the wrestlemania dvd/shirt package, i checked my status a few days later and it says "order has been cancelled by customer service" or something like that, i get absolutely no email and i contact them only for them to say "we are sorry but these items are first come, first served"
2nd time i ordered the wrestlemania taker vs hbk shirt and 5 packs of those silly bands, i check my status and the shirt is backordered which means its out of stock, i contact them telling them its ridiculous to charge me 5 dollars to ship 5 packs of silly bandz, $11.00 for the shirt and 5 packs of silly bandz is pretty good, $8.75 for 5 packs of silly bandz is awful, at least i paid with paypal so maybe they can help me out

To those who are saying that they did not receive anything about items being cancelled, that's your own fault. Things that are on sale usually sell quick. WWEShop.com gives you the opportunity to check out the status of your order on their website. I checked my order today, and found that the King of the Ring shirt and WrestleMania classic shirt I ordered were cancelled. Does it suck? Yes. But it does give you the option to find out before it ships.
