^They shouldn't let you complete the order if they don't have the items. It's WWE's fault for being unorganized.

you guys do know you can check your order status on WWE.com and if something is sold out it will say on the site "canceled" right? you don't have to wait and see on your doorstep.

thats why i just completely stopped ordering from them!!! things get sold out, they dont bother too call u.....but still take the money!!! my last order was for mccool figs & other things my friend wanted! so when order was placed, iam waiting & waiting, then 2wks went by. i phone them up tooo check whats going on. i was told the figure was sold out. then i knowing previous history with them, i finally got smart with them. "i was like, when shopzone ask for my phone number......why dont call me....to tell me whats going on!!!" the opperator has no response. then i also told him, wweshop has my money.......then he copped an attitude saying no wweshop dont take money from your account, until your order is shipped. which is complete bullcrap! then i just told him, cancel everything. once i did that, i check my paypal account.......what u know. i got a refund from wweshop! so much for wweshop dont takes your until your order is shipped! ever since i dont use them........i rather go too order from anywhere else. heck TRU sells better even tho u get crushed figure cardings.....hey atleast u still get your figures!!!

I order stuff from Shopzone from time to time, and I have had hardly any problems. I may have to return some shirt that was the wrong size, but it was not a hassle or anything.

It's called inventory control, WWE Shop just needs an updated back-end server. They can enter how many of each item they have, which can be tracked real-time - not like the current system which says "19 available" for any particular shirt but may be sold out because it's not real-time.
I was burned - ordered 4 items, shipping was $15 (Canada is a bit higher) - they cancelled 2 due to no stock, and never reduced the shipping. Shipping to Canada was $11 for 2 items, but jumped to $15 for the 3rd/4th item.
I ended up getting the $4 back, with a lot of hassle. Customer Service was useless.
Sounds like this blowout sale made them more money by ripping customers off in any way they could.

I went to order a whole bunch of figures ($60 total) And I get to checkout and apparently they had been cancelled, but they were still on the page. So basically, They were mocking you. Just waiting for you to get excited for checkout, just to tell you they had been cancelled.
Also, My Macho Man I ordered 4 weeks ago just got here the other day...

This reminded me to look at the status of my order (WrestleMania XXVI Fullzip Sweatshirt) from the "Blowout sale" and apparently it's been cancelled by customer service, without even informing me. I was looking forward to getting that  And of course the product is now not even on the site to re-order. |

I'm actually kind of pissed, i held off on ordering the Sheamus hoodie & the punk skull cap and by the next day the hoodie was sold out. i wasnt going to pay $10 for a cap....so there went that, i shouldnt have held up...lesson learned.
