Probably Bret Hart. He really had it all. As much a I like Owen, and respect him, my vote goes to Bret. He had a great look and everything.

Definently Bret. No other Hart compares.

Owen, he could wrestle, had the look, and was amazing on the mic. As unimportant mic work is to some people, in WWF you needed it. Bret could barely work a live mic, look at WCW. Owen on the other hand was amazing at it.

It might be equal. In terms of technicality, equal, brawl-Bret, speed-Owen, and Owen was a tad better on the mic.

Owen on the other hand was amazing at it. I don't know, Bret had some killer promos during his heel turn in '97. He may not have had the humor Owen did but he certainly could hold his own with a mic. I vote Bret.

Owen.
He had the look and could work the mic and I think he could wrestle so much better.

I'm not saying this because Owen died but Owen was clearly the best of the bunch. The only reason most people don't say Owen is because Bret was always the one on top and now your all going to say Bret was on top because he was better well he wasn't. Bret was a great wrestler no doubt about it and has always been one of my all time favorites but Owen will always be better in my opinion.

Bret Hart is better IMO. He simply was a better wrestler than all of the other Harts and his achievments in WWE showed for it. There's no doubt in my mind that Owen would of became a WWE champ eventually, but he still would not of had nearly as much success as Bret did.

The only one I like was Owen I have watched most of Bret Harts dvd and it didn't impress me. The only submission artists outside of ROH that have impressed me is Kurt Angle, Chris Benoit, and Dean Malenko. Bret just doesn't have the aggression that you need to impress me with submissions he just didn't have in ring charisma like Owen. I found Owen to be better at speed, comedy, and mic work. He may not have as many submission moves in his arsenol or however you spell it but he was way better then Bret when it comes to charisma. My vote goes to Owen. We need a 3 disc dvd dedicated to the Hart Family that has matches including Owen, Bret, Anvil, Davey Boy, Bruce, Harry, and Nattie NeidHart. It should also have Interviews and memorials of Owen, Stu, and Davey Boy.

Bret and Owen complimented each other nicely, but I always thought Bret was just a tad more talented.

It's a tough draw. Owen was a tad better technically, but Bret had a presence that was a bit over Owen, just the his style of storytelling in the ring was superior. In mic skills, both were good and bad at times. It's tough, but Bret will always be my favorite, but this is no shot at Owen because he is truly one of the best. Owen used to move so fluidly in the ring, it was amazing.

Bret Hart easily.
However, I feel had Owen lived and continued on in the WWF, he would've been WWF Championship material. I feel Owen had "it" to become just as big of a star as Bret had he not been a part of so many pointless angles and gimmicks.
